This November is a key month for it signals a shift in our most practical outlook, a change which will steer our whole life along a different course. This change is inevitable, but our embrace of it, attitude toward it, is where we add our opinion to “destiny.” My advice: be cheerful but clear-eyed, make sure you’re getting what you’re paying for, and make sure you know what you’re paying and will pay for present actions, commitments, pleasures. Generally, these three years ahead come down to this: if Saturn was in a good angle when you were born, you’ll find events and results satisfying; if it was in a hard angle, so will these years prove.
Sign-by-sign, this Saturn influence looks like this:

ARIES, now to October 2012, your ambitions will either a) be focused on another person, a partner, associate or marriage prospect; or b) you will have to convince others (to co-operate) if you want to progress in your career. Be aware, they’ll demand solid substance and loyalty before they’ll join your side. You’ll fare better with older and younger generations. A Capricorn might play a powerful role.

TAURUS, until October 2012 Saturn makes your work a little harder and longer. Before, you just swept the floor. Now you sweep and discover a board needs replacing, and the hardwood veneer is cracking – see what I mean? On the good side, your work can take on an enriching international, educational or cultural aspect. (Seek in these fields – e.g. if you make work uniforms, try to crack the school uniform market.)

GEMINI, Saturn’s influence, until October 2012, will make romance, creative involvements, pleasure pursuits, speculation, and the raising/teaching of kids a slow, seldom-rewarding direction. On the plus side, research, investigation, occultism, dreaming, subconscious pursuits, large finances, investment, and health diagnosis will reward you with an unusual, smooth cosmic aid. A Capricorn might become a lover.

CANCER, you might sacrifice everything for a loved one (and/or your brood) or break it off with them, now to October 2012. These are a crucial three years – the dawning of a powerful new love, and the constant urge to “nest alone” could leave you puzzled. Saturn’s position hints that you can overcome impediments to partnership; in fact, for awhile anyway, you will be “in charge” of both your prospective (or actual) mate and the situation. Give home, kids, property extra attention and effort.
