Then there was the hero who, struggle as he might, could not break the chains of logic that held him prisoner, chains that prevented him from entering the lands of faith and knowledge.

AQUARIUS LUCK FORECAST:

Your best luck ,from July 2014 to August 2015, will come from other people, Aquarius. So the more “other oriented” you are, the more diplomatic, friendly, the more a “people person,” the more you’ll succeed. Join groups: they create relationship opportunities for you this “year.”
Many single Aquarians will marry – or meet The One – in this 13 months. If you’re married and unhappy, separation and divorce are a strong possibility. (Separation could come now, divorce in Sept. 2016 to Oct. 2017, depending on the laws of your locality.) If you’re happily married, your mate will grow more and more lively, cheerful and optimistic – and lucky. Let him or her take you on a world cruise or to the theme park, to a lecture or a party. Follow his/her lead – it might lead to riches! (By mid-2015 to mid-2016.)
In everything, go out from yourself to others. This is a superb period to relocate, even – especially – to another country or culture. (E.g., in Canada, Quebec is another culture.) Good fortune will tend to arrive if you negotiate, seek agreements, sign contracts, and deal with the public. Fame is possible! Partnerships in business, contests, far travel with a friend, are favoured. Seek and grab opportunities and fresh horizons. Leave stale security behind. Any partner you pursue now, in business or love, will tend to be forthright, honest and cheerful (and perhaps a bit pompous, in a naive way). For these 13 months, you can trust people – or at least, trust what they say and how they act – both allies and enemies will be open and honest.
The planet responsible for all this is Jupiter. Jupiter’s influence is generally lucky and freeing, but it can also, simply, expand what is. So if you’re at war, Jupiter can expand it into a huge, devastating conflagration. If you’re in a lawsuit, these months can expand it to new realms and swollen legal fees. You might get into a shouting match with someone (especially someone who attracts and frustrates you). You’ll realize, afterward, that he/she didn’t fight dirty, and spoke honestly. But in general, relationships during these 13 months are the most direct route to making some major wish come true.
I mentioned “opportunities” above – the most likely among these are relationship “opps” (marriage, love, business partnerships, etc.) as well as a chance to dive into higher education, publishing, law (not litigation), far travel, import/export or any international dealings, religion, philosophy, advertising, statistics, insurance, science…
This lucky, opportunistic year will arrive in three phases:
During the first phase, from July 16/14 to Dec. 22/14, some practical realities or restrictions can interfere with your opportunities. For example, you’re sixteen and your life mate walks in the door, and your crabby father throws him out. In many cases, a bit of diplomacy, alertness (i.e., knowing what the restriction is) and planning will help you over any humps or barriers. (E.g., tell your crabby dad you’re just friends – for now.) Even if you ignore this advice, the luck might be (often will be) strong enough to overcome obstacles. Still, a bit of caution – or awareness – is valuable.
The second phase, from Dec. 23/14 to June 14, 2015, is purely lucky – charge ahead! (Well, be eager and diplomatic. The fine thing about this whole luck cycle is that you’ll be dealing with someone who loves attention and praise. This is the type of person who, if you show you’re attracted, will tend to be attracted in turn. Sometimes, your love creates their love.)
The third phase, June 15/15 to August 11/15, is similar to Phase One – but more so. In the first phase those restrictions and practical “realities” were only a hint, a whisper, a possible seed of future difficulty. In Phase Three these restrictions and practicalities loom large – and a real battle can occur between chasing an opportunity, versus acting in the way powerful people (parents, bosses, VIPs, judges, police, professional societies, etc.) want you to act. These people, since late 2012, have wanted you to perform with decorum, with a certain stiff attention to duties and job, with a quiet, even dour attitude – the exact opposite, these 13 months, to the attitude that will bring good fortune. Be careful, Aquarius, but don’t reject or “let go” a possibly life-transforming (and fortunate!) opportunity just to please a too-serious person – including an overweening authority figure. (Of course, do follow the law.)

A pile of work still faces you. Might as well just slog away at it. Protect your health: dress, eat sensibly. This quietude lasts until Tuesday eve – contemplate and plan, deal with government, spiritual, charitable or administrative agencies. All’s well, but don’t seek co-operation, and sign nothing. A partner might be struggling with money, domestic or security issues. Your energy and pizzazz return Tues. eve to Thursday eve. Don’t be led astray by an attractive, subtly fascinating person who has no romantic agenda – he/she simply wants you to work. The “right one” for you is forthright, perhaps loud, humorous, and upfront about love – he/she is around, too. Chase money Thursday night to Saturday – luck’s a bit jumbled pre-dawn Saturday, but otherwise this is a productive interval. Look at time/labour saving methods, investments, changes that can improve your output.

TAURUS April 20-May 20
The main emphasis lies on romance, creative and speculative projects, charming children, beauty and pleasure. A Virgo might play a sweet, prominent role. Sunday holds chores, but don’t be too eager to plunge in – do only what’s necessary. This eve to Tuesday eve brings light, happy, flirtatious friends, freshness and optimism, entertainment, wish fulfillment and popularity. Romance could flare up; you could fall in love. But take care, hold something back, because a present romance might not be capable of marriage, or health or work issues might interfere. (One who appears late this week might be the opposite: very wed-able.) Tuesday eve to Thursday eve requires rest and solitude. Contemplate the past/present, and plan the future. GEMINI May 21-June 20
This month accents family, real estate, security, gardening, nutrition, stomach, soul, and retirement. Your luck here increases Sept. 6 to 29. Family members treat you with affection.
Sunday continues a mellow, thoughtful mood. This night to Tuesday eve brings career forces, ambitions, prestige relations. You might attract the interest of higher-ups – in a testing sense. They judge you and your performance. You should do well, except for the possibility of a secret being revealed that impacts your rep. You might experience a dilemma of choice between career and home duties. Retreat, rest and seek solitude Thursday night to Saturday. CANCER June 21-July 22
This month is filled with errands, communications, travel, casual acquaintances, paperwork and details – these are mildly lucky through late month, so charge ahead. You might, in your travels, discover a place you’ll live in someday, a place of beauty and pleasantry. Sunday’s mysterious. Protect your money and reputation. (For example, don’t chase that married person.) This eve to Tuesday eve brings wisdom, a mellow mood, gentle love, culture, higher learning, far travel. The full Moon could bring gushing love emotions – but something at home, or your security needs, might prevent a good partnership. Don’t gossip. Be ambitious Tues. night to Thursday suppertime. Higher-ups are watching, and talking to each other. Wait until 11 am (PDT) Wednesday, then act: you’ll make a good impression. Your popularity rises, your optimism surges, and a wish could come true, Thursday night to Saturday. Take care Friday midnight.

LEO July 23-Aug. 22
September’s main accent lies on earning and spending, memory and rote learning, and sensual attractions. These will yield mildly fortunate rewards the rest of this month. Sunday brings relationships, but not to much effect. This night to Tuesday eve features mysteries, secrets, research, sexual desire, intimacy, health diagnosis, lifestyle changes, investments and debt. All goes well here, and you’re tempted to pull the trigger, perhaps to overspend, or to plunge into a risky intimacy. This still might work out well. The main obstacle lies in communications, especially about or in health and employment. So make sure you have the facts. A wise, mellow mood flows over you Tues. night to Thursday eve – culture, higher education, far travel, law and international themes are favoured, AFTER 11 am Wednesday. VIRGO Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Your energy, clout, effectiveness and magnetism remain high. Don’t waste this time! Start significant projects, call in favours, approach powerful people. (Remember that the 12 months ahead favour background activities, so aim to increase your management, administrative or government-related standing.) Sunday starts with work or health themes, but by suppertime (to Tuesday eve) relationships, new horizons, fresh opportunities float in. You could embrace love, or finally settle on a relocation or decide to grab an opportunity. Only one thing can get in your way: money. The more creative your project, the more money will be an issue. Relationships, opportunities and fresh horizons confront you Thursday eve to Saturday. A recent love affair could step up to a more mature (and more intense) level: infatuation yields to equality. Thursday’s best. Co-operate, agree, sign, shake hands – except in employment or management situations. A short or leak might irk you.

SAGITTARIUS Nov. 22-Dec. 21
Remain ambitious, Sage. Show your skills, approach higher-ups with ideas and proposals – they favour you the rest of this month. You might be put to the test: you’ll pass!
