PREAMBLE:
Virtually all the sins of humanity can be racked up to parenting — and so can all our excuses.
***. ***
Joe Biden is a Scorpio with a Taurus Moon. Extremely stubborn, will not let others change his mind. Probably bad news for Joe this February 2022. But despite all, the crime and corruption, Joe is meant to be, and will be, a pivotal figure in the historical “turn” of America and China, and the world, to a new governing system.
***. ***
If Justin Trudeau wants to win the federal election, he only has to do one thing: arrest the Chinese ambassador to Canada, and his/her second in charge, then tell China that whatever happens to the 2 Canadians held so long, will happen to China’s diplomats. Trudeau is perceived as weak in this affair, and that, combined with pandemic “irritation,” could crater his support.
***. ***
What frustrates communism is that democracy creates creativity. (This is why China has become a thief, because it finds it difficult to create.) Democracy stirs up a certain amount of chaos and unfairness, and it is these two qualities which I think the third structure of politics… not seen yet… will embrace and nullify. As long as communism remains afraid of chaos, it will never be the world leader — except by war, which in our time is a humanity-threatening proposition.
Seen in another way, it is the fluid chaos and ever-changing unfairnesses of democracy which directly spur a creative response. You could almost say that in this (democratic) society, creative response is a survival tool. The poor and solitary person has 3 choices: die from starvation; just muddle along, get as much work as needed to survive and to rent a basement flat forever; or, third, be watchful and alert; work hard to save a little for later “funding,” and watch for “cracks” — places that need work done, but are being ignored by the world.
Or discover a labour-saving tool, or a unique way to defeat that arch enemy who’s gunning for you. This choice needs courage and far sightedness. True creativity in almost any form is usually eventually rewarded, and so democracies are fluid, with social and economic currents running up and down. Someone will always be (unfairly?) at the bottom, and someone (unfairly?) at the top. This is the world Biden’s progressives want to obliterate, and to the degree they do it, Biden will be seen as a pivotal figure in history, not just in America, but (with 4 or 5 cohorts) internationally.
WEEKLY FORECAST:
ARIES: March 21-April 19
Your work phase continues, Aries. Protect your daily health from bad diet and sudden temperature changes. At least one relationship from the past few weeks turns deeper now, raising matters of intimacy and/or funding. Tuesday night begins six weeks of intense and meaningful relationships. \\
Some singles among you will meet your true mate. If you are married, rocking the boat will actually help stabilize the union. Start to look deeper, within and without, for treasures lie under the surface now to the first week of October. A powerful relationship might begin with a sexual event.
Sunday/Monday are intellectual, thoughtful, and aim you toward far travel, international affairs, legal matters and cultural venues. Avoid deceptive lures. Be ambitious Tuesday/Wednesday. There’s not a lot of benevolent luck for you here, but in this case all good things come from hard work, especially Wednesday evening.
Hopes and happiness shower down on you Thursday morning to mid day Saturday. This is a time of flirtation, playfulness, social joys and popularity, and, perhaps, a wish come true. However, timing is important: Thursday’s great, but Friday morning is just a big NO. DON’T start a new love attraction before Fri. afternoon, Saturday. Retreat Saturday evening. Rest and contemplate.
TAURUS: April 20-May 20
Your romantic days continue, Taurus. For some of you this can mean creative days, adventures, risk-taking, and the pursuit of beauty and pleasure. An excellent time for a vacation or a romantic retreat. One on one relationships improve now to early October, as affection and graciousness rule. This will bring benefits and opportunities, might be a “preview” of the significant relationship developments to occur in November. Tuesday starts 6 weeks of harder work and/or a (minor) health concern.
Dive deeper, into relationships, opportunities and potentially lucrative situations Sunday/Monday — beware wishful thinking. Far travel, international affairs, law, culture, life philosophy and love fill Tues. to Thurs. dawn. Best times: Tues. night into pre-dawn Wed., and Wed. night. (All PDT.)
Bosses and higher ups become important Thursday morning to mid day Saturday. Do your best and work hard. Realize people above may be watching your performance. Thursday is great, but Friday morning holds some disappointment. Charge ahead Fri. pm and Saturday morn. Saturday night deserves a party!
GEMINI: May 21-June 20
The accent continues on domesticity, Gemini. Spend time at home, hug the kids, garden, look after your real estate interests, and above all, rest and think. A sweet romantic streak that has brightened the last several weeks doesn’t exactly die down; instead, it goes “underground” into more intimate, consequential places now to early October.
“Love talk” is your greatest asset now, but be careful: promises can lead you to a wall of indecision by September’s end. Very likely that you will soon be with or at least meet an old flame (a week or two away). Tuesday begins 6 weeks of intense romance (or beauty, or teaching, or pleasure or creativity) — a dream will come true here, Gemini. In fact, singles might wed by October-December.
Sunday/Monday brings relationships, “public” appearances and opportunities. All of which you should be wary about (into mid-January ’22). Sex, Temptations, secrets, an emerging subconscious and your intuition, major financial opportunities or investment or debt reduction, medical and lifestyle choices — these fill Tues. to a little past dawn Thurs. (PDT). Good luck here, so march forward, commit, joy in the deep fruitfulness of life.
Your intellect, far travel, idealistic ideas, law, culture and love — these are highlighted Thurs. to midday Sat. DON’T chase new love Fri. morning, and to some degree the few days before. Thursday offers a good investment, esp. in tools, machinery. Sat. night, think about your career, reputation.
CANCER: June 21-July 22
The emphasis remains on errands, short trips, paperwork, communications and casual contacts, Cancer. However your fond thoughts seem to focus on home and children. A strong, sweet romantic thread begins now and lasts to early October. This is a precursor of November’s romantic, creative phase.
Tuesday begins 6 weeks of intensity (and perhaps squabbling) on the home front. Protect kids from play accidents. When you feel your temper rising, tackle hands-on chores or building projects. (However, DO NOT START any renovations before Oct. 18.)
Tackle chores Sunday/Monday. Eat and dress sensibly. Avoid (or fix) water problems. Relationships rise in importance Tuesday to dawn Thursday (PDT) — be diplomatic, but eager to join, especially Tuesday night and Wednesday night, when great openings face you.
Sex, secrets and temptations, important financial actions, research and medical and lifestyle decisions — these fill Thursday to mid day Saturday. Thursday is great, especially for love and merging. So is Friday night. But late Thursday into noon Friday needs care, especially in love areas. Saturday evening brings a wise, mellow mood, and very late at night (or Sun. morning). Love could blossom!
LEO: July 23-Aug. 22
Your money-making efforts continue, Leo, but the intensity fades. Tuesday begins 6 weeks of rapid-fire conversations, legal commitments, visits and trips, paperwork — this could all be tied into one goal you are pursuing, or you could be running after several wild goose chases, or anything in between. Affection and sweetness enter your home now to October 7. A desired relationship remains elusive, but that will be solved deep into October.
Romance calls Sunday/Monday. Everything flows fairly well as long as you avoid chasing sex or large finances. Not a good two days to visit the doctor: the diagnosis might be muddled. To work, Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. Eat and dress sensibly. Your luck is mixed here, so remain alert. Best times, especially if buying or repairing machinery: each eve/night.
Relationships arise Thursday morning to mid day Saturday. Again, you face a mixture of good and bad luck, so remain alert and be prepared to quit the field if you see overwhelming obstacles. These are most likely to occur from late Thursday night to lunchtime Friday. At other times, relationships might actually be lucky, Especially in work areas Thursday. Saturday night, chase secrets, sex, or an intriguing investment.
VIRGO: Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Your energy, charisma, sexual magnetism, clout and effectiveness remain high, Virgo! It’s not too late to launch a major project, but it’s getting there — next week will be too late. Go all out now, use every muscle and throw away every vestige of shyness or false humility. Go after what you want. Gather allies. Show off your skills and your accomplishments.
Tuesday ends over a month of deep sexual desire, and starts six weeks of rapid money flow. You will receive more than usual, but you will also have a tendency to spend more than usual. Be conservative: that way you’ll save some of this bonus money. Actually, your income has been quite handsome lately so you might not notice the secondary surge that comes now to October’s end. Conversations, errands and casual meetings will bring a certain affection and happiness to you until October 7.
Be home, hug the family and putter around the neighbourhood Sunday/Monday. Not a great interval for relationships. Romance calls Tuesday to Thursday morning. Your luck is mingled here, but some very lucky stuff might occur Wednesday night. Tackle work Thursday morning to mid day Saturday (PDT) — Thursday is great, Friday is terrible, and Saturday is just fine. Don’t buy any machinery before Friday noon. Saturday night or Sun. morning could bring true love.
LIBRA: Sept. 23-Oct. 22
Remain quiet, watchful, and contemplative, Libra. You are still in recuperation mode, so rest, pamper your health. Contact the gov’t, admin., or advisors (anyone from a mentor, a lawyer or a friend, to a psychic). The “bad period for mating” (i.e., finding a new mate) that has existed since July 29, ends Tuesday night (PDT).
For the 6 weeks ahead, if single, you might well meet a good, even excellent life mate prospect. This might be an old flame; if so, all’s okay, this is a major “second chance.” But this same 6 weeks will be feisty, others will challenge, oppose you. Use your prime skill: diplomacy. Your money luck sweetens until Oct. 7 — a beneficial trend that will return in November.
Errands, paperwork and communications fill Sunday/Monday. You’ll get it all done if you avoid the temptation to just stay home. Home is where you should be Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. Hug the kids, do the garden, etc. Best times: Tues. and Wed. nights. Get plenty of rest. Romance sings its song Thurs. morn to midday Sat. — Thursday’s great, but late night and Friday morning are difficult, and Sat.’s okay. DO NOT START a love affair anytime this week before Fri. Noon (PDT). Saturday night? — small chores.
SCORPIO: Oct. 23-Nov. 21
Wishes can still come true, Scorpio. Your popularity remains high, and social delights surround you. Make and accept invitations. Believe in your most optimistic thoughts: much of what you envision can come true.
You have had something rather secret going on the past month or so. Some of this drops away now, but some of it continues, and will shunt you into delay or indecision involving the government, your own head office, or a medical or spiritual prospect by late September and into October. Your personal magnetism, your charm, increases now. Expect a few glances!
Chase money Sunday/Monday. Your luck is neither high nor low — to succeed, avoid pursuing sex, investing or trusting water pipes (or con artists). Errands, communications and paperwork, travel and friendly contacts arrive Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. Again your luck is mixed — Best both Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Head for home Thursday morning to mid day Saturday. Do small repairs, rest on the back porch, hug the kids and contemplate your place in the world and how to improve it. (DON’T START RENOVATIONS.) Do not start a love affair anytime this week before Friday noon. Be especially cautious late Thursday night to Friday lunchtime (PDT). Did someone say love affair? — one might be waiting for you, Saturday night or Sun. morning (Sept. 19).
SAGITTARIUS: Nov. 22-Dec. 21
The accent remains on your ambitions, career, prestige relations and worldly standing or reputation, Sage. A boss is either a friend or your harshest critic, no in between. However, Tuesday ends this critical, fiery situation, as it “transfers the fire” to your social arena, and will make you more cheerful, optimistic, social and romantic until October’s end. You will be especially creative in committees and group projects.
Delays lurk in the future around the social area, so get as much accomplished with allies and friends as soon as possible, rather than planning future action. An old flame is on the horizon but won’t show for a couple of weeks. Your inner life sweetens now to October 7 — a great time to visit a psychic, or join a charitable or spiritual group, or seek therapy.
Your energy and charisma are tops Sunday/Monday. Get out, start things, be a leader — but avoid trying to deal with family, home, real estate or security concerns. Plumbing or irrigation systems need inspection. Chase money, buy/sell Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. Your luck is a bit mixed here, so be alert. Best times are Tuesday night and Wednesday night.
Errands, communications, short trips, friendly contacts and paperwork fill Thursday morning to mid day Saturday. Thursday succeeds in the daytime and Friday succeeds in the p.m. (All PDT.) Don’t start a love affair anytime this week before Saturday.
CAPRICORN: Dec. 22-Jan. 19
Your mellow, wise mood remains, Cap. You might be dealing with international affairs (e.g., import/export), legal matters, or presiding at cultural, philosophical, ethical or other venues. In these, you might be dropping one involvement, a fairly significant one. Love is present.
A bit of good luck leaves your career scene now. (It transfers over to your social life, making that very rewarding until October 7.) But activity, much talk, remains in the career zone, right into November. Don’t start a love affair before Saturday (Sept. 18). Don’t start any major or “long-legged” career project before Oct. 18. Money delays will end in mid-Oct.
Lie low, rest and contemplate Sunday/Monday. Liaison with government or head office, health workers and advisers. Your energy rebounds strongly Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. Be a leader, start projects, see and be seen. Your charisma is good! Love is possible Tuesday night — but more possible Wednesday night.
Chase money, buy/sell, seek bargains, hold someone’s hand Thurs. morning to midday Sat. As mentioned above, income delays exist, but this arena remains fortunate for you — have patience — and faith! Sat. Night, travel, talk.
AQUARIUS: Jan. 20-Feb. 18
An atmosphere of secrets and manipulation, lust both for power and intimacy, financial opportunities and pressures, of revelation and discovery, still exists, Aquarius — until Sept. 22. Dig deep for information and other treasure. Reject extramarital temptation, and anything unethical. (This is a highly karmic time.)
Your main thrust in life, your main “project,” remains delayed (until mid-Oct.) — be patient, not frustrated. Much is being “worked out” during this delay — and once it’s over, you’ll be glad you did wait rather than forcing things too soon. Your career is favoured until October 7; higher-ups will give you the benefit of any doubt.
Someone who loves you is still in pursuit and will remain that way into early November. You need to make up your mind about this person, yet the closer you get to October the more undecided you become. If this is a fairly new person, an old flame’s sudden arrival might make your decision easy.
Hopes, joy, popularity and social delights dance around you Sunday/Monday! Enjoy yourself, as this interval isn’t good for much else. Withdraw to solitude, rest and recuperate, ponder and plan midweek. Good and bad luck mingle, but both nights (Tues. and Wed,) offer success, might bring permission to do something.
Your energy and charisma soar Thurs. morning to midday Sat. Thursday daytime is very fortunate, especially in legal, sexual and hidden or background matters. Friday night’s not bad either. But beware Fri. Am (PDT). DO NOT start a love affair this week before Friday night. Late Sat. — a luxury purchase?
PISCES: Feb. 19-March 20
Relationships are still front and center, Pisces. They grow much sweeter and more friendly after Tuesday. Love raises its shy head now to early October. But at least one relationship veers into deeper waters: intimacy, commitment and consequences, even joining of $. You’ll deal with this one until November. (And you’ll find it more and more difficult to make a decision about this relationship in the 5 weeks ahead; it will be intense, love or war.) Pregnancy possible for willing couples now through Oct.
You expect a promotion on management levels? If so, wait — it comes between mid-Oct. and Dec. 28.
Speaking of promotion, your career is highlighted Sunday/Monday, but not in a particularly fortunate or unfortunate way. Just hold up your end of any task, and don’t campaign for anything special. Bosses are watching. Flirtations, fun, popularity, social gatherings — and optimism — fill Tues. morn to Thurs. morn. Tuesday and Wed. nights are splendid, friendly, wish-granting.
Retreat, lie low and rest, ponder and plan, deal with head office, gov’t, advisors, Thurs. morn to midday Sat. Thursday’s great, Friday morning’s difficult, and Sat’s smooth. DON’T start a love affair this week before Sat.
THE END.
AFTERAMBLE:
Morals are the comfort of society, and necessary for social structure, and a useful karmic indicator, but they do not seem to have a lot to do with macro karma — with the larger events that occur on earth. An innocent babe and a mafia don could die in the same plane crash. (Reincarnation, or the concept that Earth is purgatory —a rather paradise-like purgatory! — can explain that one.)
Hitler is an example of “macro karma” working: an evil man, he killed millions of innocents, Jews, Romans, homosexuals and others. But he brought changes through destruction that led later to the socialization of Europe, to the concept of social welfare and a safety net being widely accepted, to the erosion of class and the elimination of kingdoms, and eventual freedom of the common man who, shocked out of complacency by the war, stood ready to become entrepreneurial when the war ended.
God uses every kind, good and bad, charity worker and criminal — to the eventual benefit of nature, of us. This is why “Satan” is in quotes, because I don’t really believe in a Man-Goat-like creature, no more than I believe in a God with a long white beard.
I think, and this could be the apprehension of the moment, to be swept away by newer, younger theories/suppositions, that “Satan” is a sort of amoeba, or a cloud of them, floating around, waiting for someone to do something they feel guilty about: then that cloud, more a dark mist, attaches to them, but in stages: at first, it is only a hovering presence. But the further the person sinks into depravity, the closer that cloud becomes until it inhabits the person in the sense that it is inseparable. Now we have reached the doorway to hell.
There is another view, which I find quite acceptable also, that “evil” doesn’t exist, except in the imagination. In meditation, for instance, if/when a “bad spirit” or untrustworthy entity comes to you in trance, this might simply be your own subconscious, or your repressed desires, trying to lead you astray.
There is a flaw to this construct; it can be expressed in two words: external evil. This “flaw” has many forms, but they all reduce to this: if evil is only/purely internal imagination, then a baby being raped or smashed against the wall until it dies — this outside event, this intrusion of the environment on the baby, cannot be evil, according tp this theory.
Proponents might argue that the rape/murder is 1) a result of the baby’s desire (to be raped and murdered) or 2) an example of reincarnation, which I picture as an endless path through an aquarium/terrarium, in which different lives are displayed, thousands upon whatever of them. Souls stroll the aisle, then choose the next life.
They choose painful and hurtful lives sometimes because each soul must experience every life on display, good, bad and blasé. If a soul is drawn to a display, it experiences a quick dream of the life, and the lesson to be learned from it, whether complex or simple.
Why lessons? I think we are all engaged in an education of the soul, of our soul; an infinitely long education, that leads to angel-hood. (I don’t mean “infinite” in the correct sense.) When I said I find this view acceptable, I meant in this reincarnation sense. During the lifetime chosen, the soul is allowed to retain a deep memory of having chosen the way, and how to solve its problems.
I’m no expert in how to access this area, but I am sure it is there, in each of us, to provide guidance in good and bad times. You can experience it as intuition. Many psychics, I think, access this area visually, with images.
However this doesn’t, for all practical purposes, perform well on earth as a “working theory.” We can’t be going around saying evil is imaginary while murders happen, Hitler happens, pedophiles pounce, etc.

PLUTO RETURNS:
Last week I explained how to do a Pluto “return” and its implications.
Below, I’ve listed a series of Pluto returns, and their (seminal) effect. I have ignored wars and military events, as these litter history — and are seldom seminal. That said, most technological, scientific, literary and other possibly seminal events were seldom recorded in ancient times — or, put differently, historians seem overwhelmingly preoccupied with wars and social mass movements, so it is difficult to find information on other aspects of man’s evolvement in early times.
13 AD — Christ. (“Seminal” = 2.2 billion followers. Greatest effect of any historical figure on literature, thought, morals, religion, philosophy, for over 2,000 years. (27 B.C., Roman Empire began.)
259 AD, Nov. 18 —? Civil War ravages the Roman Empire. Later, in 279, Diocletan “rebuilt” the Empire. Hard to find a seminal event.
505 AD, Nov. 15 — ? Can’t find anything seminal. (In 536, volcanoes in Iceland blanketed the earth and caused 1/3rd of humanity to die, mainly from famine. Crops failed from lack of sunlight. This one-third wipe-out is interesting, as the Biblical Revelation said this 1/3rd annihilation of mankind would occur near “End Times.” But 536 was 15 centuries ago.
751 AD, Nov. 21 — Arab Caliphates invade Europe, bring the “zero” (from India). Result: all modern math, science, the Moon Landing, etc. (None possible w/o the concept of zero.)
997 AD, Dec. 2 — Vikings discover North America, establish small colonies — according to Norse literature/records, in “late 980’s”. (Source: Wikipedia.) I call the Viking discovery a miscarriage (Pluto rules pregnancy)— see 1490 below, the true pregnancy. (More generally, the Normans conquer England, and the modern English language — actually Middle English — is birthed.) Paper money in China? (Paper money was invented in many places, over various centuries.)
1243 AD, Dec. 28 — 1235, scientific method created. Optical lens, leading later to telescopes, “glasses,” and microscopes. First Coal Mine. Genghis Khan, 1206 to 1250, conquered most of the known world to create the largest empire in history. Beginning, roughly, of the Renaissance. (NOT accurate/reliable — generally considered to be 1300-1500.)
1490 AD, Nov. 6. — In 1492, Columbus found an entire missing third of the world. This is probably the greatest seminal corporeal event of the last few millennia — on a par with the spiritual/social event of Christ. (On a minor note, Henry the 8th — 8 is the Scorpionic, i.e. Plutonic, number — was born in 1491. He was obsessed with birth (Pluto) and killed (Scorpio) his infertile wives. Henry turned England into a Protestant nation, sparking/furthering a 500-year decline of the Catholic Church.) In 1514, Copernicus publishes discovery that earth revolves around the sun. Mechanized clock.
1736 AD, Dec. 6 — Watts born, 1736, invented/promoted the steam engine, which became the “engine” of the Industrial Revolution, the greatest changer of human history, in history. Jean Jacques Rousseau promulgates democracy in 1750-70*. Rousseau’s writings led to the French and American revolutions.
(* These dates exceed the transit of Pluto through Scorpio. I include it here because it illustrates another phenomena of the Pluto return — that is, every time Pluto transits each sign, it develops or forwards the Pluto effect shown in that era’s return, through the lens of that sign. For example, when Pluto enters the next sign, Sagittarius, it indicates a major change of philosophy and political ideas — the “Manifesto Stage,” during which Rousseau did much of his writing.
At present Pluto is in Capricorn (2008-2024) so we have deep, significant changes of hierarchy, and/or hierarchical struggles, many of them secretive. The term made famous during the Trump administration — “Deep state” — is an apt description of Pluto in Capricorn.
Historians now tell us that Barack Obama was the most secretive President in many decades, perhaps more secretive than Nixon. Obama began his Presidency in 2008 — the year Pluto entered Capricorn. I believe these Pluto “sub-states” can also be “read” — simply by erecting a chart for the planet’s entrance into each sign.
(If Pluto’s return to Scorpio creates another Era, and its entry into each succeeding sign creates a “Sub-Era,” we also have to recognize that there are what I call “Mega Era”s, which I will describe later. These Mega Eras vary between 2500 and 6000 years in length, and are a fascinating field of exploration. But later.)
1983 AD, Nov. 5 — First mobile phone, 1983. Gorbachev elected Soviet leader, 1985. This begins a process of disintegration (perestroika, glasnost) that led to the break-up of the Soviet Union by 1991. Hubble, first space telescope, launched, 1990; first extra-solar planet discovered, 1995; internet, 1990?; polymerase chain discovered 1984; and human genome project launched, 1990; AIDs, cloning; major wars replaced by police actions. (This last remains a prediction.) The historic decline of universities. (Also remains a prediction until 2229 AD — but has already become true, with the present day politicization of all taught knowledge.)
(In fact, many of my predictions in the 1980’s, remembered, I hope, by long-time readers of my column, were based on the Pluto return: AIDS, the break-up of the Soviet Union, Chernobyl, metro-sexualism, the decline of crime, the rise of females raping males, the growth of police states, especially in democracies, the general environment of stagnation interrupted by massive upheavals (e.g., the 2006-8 credit freeze) etc.
When Pluto entered Sagittarius, I predicted that both democracy and communism would be replaced by a third system, which has not come true yet, though I think modern China is a part-way-down-the-road example of the new system, both capitalist and communist. And the recent upheavals in U.S. politics points that that nation, the prime cultural influencer of Earth, is on the brink of — no, is already undergoing — the kind of stresses that can change a government’s structure.
Next week: I’ll show how Pluto entry charts actually “picture” or indicate the 250 years following.
/30/
I absolutely love your predictions. I have been following you for years and you are very nearly always bang on. It is simply uncanny. Maybe its because I’m a twin and a Gemini?
Nonetheless, I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your insights.
With kindest regards,
Joseph J Schiele
Thanks, Joseph! Of course I only write for Geminis!
Cheers,
Tim
If democracy was creating creativity, then India with its 1 billion people would be creativity superpower. But like China they steal what they can from the white racial Other.
Here you have some communist “uncreatively “ from 1964 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LXQAG4CP2M
Hi, camouflage,
You make a good point. One difference: in America, they draw on the DNA and experience of 100 countries, whereas India does not have an “immigration brain gain.” I’ll look at your URL.
Cheers,
Tim
