WEEKLY FORECAST:

aries icon  ARIES:  March 21-April 19

Enjoy relationships while you can, Sunday and (much better) Monday, Aries — by Tuesday you enter a month of quiet, retreat, rest, contemplation and dealings with gov’t or “head office.” (Communications with these will be easy and straightforward.) all else remains much the same: lots of paperwork and running around, potential friction in the home, and someone who appreciates you. (This “someone,” if you are single, might represent a potential good mate; however, during March this person will change their mind or hesitate. If so, wait until May, when loving relationships really blossom.) Sunday to Monday afternoon features relationships — maybe angry ones Sunday, but harmonious ones Monday. Life’s secrets, your own subconscious and research can lead to rewarding situations and choices Monday eve to pre-dawn Thursday (PST). Remember, any commitment has consequences. A mellow, tolerant mood steals over you Thursday to mid afternoon Saturday. Far travel, international affairs, legalities, higher education, gentle love and all it leads to — these are highlighted, but not in an easy or especially fortunate way, as every day holds obstacles. Saturday night, plan an ambitious Sunday.

taurus icon  TAURUS:  April 20-May 20

Only 2 days of pressure left, Taurus — Tuesday starts a month of social joys, popularity, fun, entertainment, flirting/friendly romance and optimism. You’ll be happy! Someone with a “mating profile” (as far as you’re concerned) will be talkative, interested. Your dealings with management (and gov’t) are favourable, gracious, but March will see a delay, possibly even a reversal in this favouritism. Don’t worry, “management” will love you again in May. Travel, communications and paperwork continue to propel you (almost impetuously, hectically) until late April. A money/income project is set to sail toward a happy conclusion by June. tackle chores carefully Sunday (cuts, burns, possible) and optimistically Monday (when Harmony reigns). From Monday afternoon (about 4 pm PST) to pre-dawn Thursday, relationships, opportunities, public appearances and relocation themes draw and excite you. Tuesday to early Wednesday, and deep into the night Wednesday, are your best times. Sex, lust, pregnancy, medical issues, major finances, research, commitment and consequence fill Thursday dawn to Saturday afternoon. Best time: last 12 hours of Thursday (PST). Saturday eve/night is mellow, wise, gently loving. Your intellectual side flourishes.

gemini icon   GEMINI:  May 21-June 20

Your “intellectual” side is quietly deflating, Gemini, as Tuesday begins a month of ambition, hard work, prestige relations and worldly standing. There will be lots of communication with higher-ups. Your money situation is much the same as in January and as it will be in March and April. The only difference now, in February, is that the money may come in bunches, and so might the money outflows. Your popularity is high, and a special Aries or libra might welcome you into his or her sphere. Remember the main thing: you are in one of the luckiest 3 1/2 months of your life until June. This is a time to get recognized, to promote yourself, to seek a mate, to travel internationally, to publish or put yourself all over social media. Donald Trump is a Gemini, and look at him go! You have the same luck, so don’t ignore it. Sunday to Monday afternoon is for romance, creativity, pleasure and beauty. Sunday daytime has some flaws; Monday daytime can be deeply romantic. tackle chores Monday eve (PST) to pre-dawn Thursday (PST). Eat and dress sensibly. best times to act: Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Relationships, exciting meetings, fresh horizons and big opportunities, public appearances and possible relocation themes — these arrive Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. Obstacles exist here, so tread lightly and be diplomatic. Act Thursday pm.  Saturday night’s for sex, temptations.

Cancer icon  CANCER:  June 21-July 22

Spend Sun./Mon. near or at home, Cancer. After that, a month of expanding intellect, of gentle love and tolerance, of law and learning, begins. A casual friend might accompany you on one of these “fronts.” Higher-ups favour you now through March, so seek promotion, whatever. You remain “hot,” attractive, determined and impulsive — someone wants you. At work, a management role is available — grab it before mid-June. Domestically, Sunday flubs, Monday rewards. Romance, beauty and pleasure call you Monday eve to pre-dawn Thursday. Tuesday (all day) and Wed. eve best. (PST). Tackle chores Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. Best time: Thursday pm. Saturday night could bring an exciting meeting. June will start an entirely new good luck cycle for you.

Leo icon  LEO:  July 23-Aug. 22

There are only two days left of an honest, open relationship attraction. Fortunately these two days, Sunday/Monday, provide easy convos, making reaching an understanding or deal, more likely. Sunday’s tough, but Monday’s sweet and successful, at least until mid-afternoon (PST). Monday afternoon to pre-dawn Thursday nudges you toward home, family, security and Mom Nature. Your path is a bit complicated, so be nimble — Tuesday, and Wednesday night, are best. Romance, beauty, pleasure, inventiveness, risk, creativity visit you Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. Again, be nimble. Thursday night best. Saturday eve is for chores. Tuesday begins a month of secrets, heightened intuition, research, finances, health concerns and lifestyle choices. This week and next are prime for gathering data. Your intellect is working fine now, might spark an attraction to a bold yet gracious person. Now to June, wishes can come true — especially around social groups, popularity. (Groups are your key to fortune — and true romance — until early June.) Remain wary of dark places and belligerent people. If you’re a young, hopeful couple, pregnancy might occur.

virgo icon  VIRGO:  Aug. 23-Sept. 22

A couple of days of work, Virgo, then you launch into a month of relationships, fresh horizons, opportunities, relocation themes, contracts and agreements — and disagreements (so be diplomatic). You have high hopes about a mutual project, perhaps involving sex, investment, life change, or medicine/surgery. These hopes will start to “bear fruit” even now, and more so in March/April. Remember, your greatest luck, now to June, lies in being ambitious, promoting yourself, and in career, prestige zones. When working, Sunday, beware cuts, rashes, chemicals, burns. Monday offers “easy progress.” Monday eve to pre-dawn Thursday brings errands, trips, communications and paperwork. Be nimble — good luck mingles with bad. Best times: Tuesday, and after supper Wed. (PST). Head for home, family, Thursday morn to Saturday afternoon. (Is a legal problem standing out?) Act Thursday pm for success. Saturday afternoon starts a romantic, creative weekend.

libra icon  LIBRA:  Sept. 23-Oct. 22

Your energy and charisma are high Sunday/Monday, Libra. Sunday shows who you should not love/marry; Monday might show who you should. Collect $, buy/sell, embrace casual sex, or learn something from a book, Monday late afternoon to pre-dawn Thursday. Tuesday best; Wednesday’s good, too, suppertime onward. Errands, communications, paperwork and travel fill Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. Good Thursday eve/night. Saturday pm starts a “domestic” weekend for you. Tuesday begins a month of work, machinery, and daily health matters. Bosses are impatient, temperamental through late April. But your romantic side shines now through March. As hinted above, you might meet a potential mate. (This might start now, misfire, then start again in May, successfully.) Your best luck — and it can be huge — will “kick in” when you travel afar, seek higher learning, wed, find love, or chase profound ideas, publishing, import/export, science, stats, religion or a life philosophy. But you must chase it before June.

scorpio icon  SCORPIO:  Oct. 23-Nov. 21

Tuesday starts a month of romance, beauty, pleasure, charming kids, risk and reward, creative and gaming urges, Scorpio. You’ll be entranced, if nothing else, by nature’s beauty. Avoid lawyers, law, and courtrooms until May (even better, until late June onward). Work mates are gracious, pleasant. A huge streak of good fortune in sex, pregnancy, research, finances/investments and lifestyle choices, now to June, might be connected to a Gemini or a romantic object. Lie low, rest and plan Sunday (aggravating) and Monday (harmony, success). Your energy and charisma soar Monday suppertime (PST) to pre-dawn Thursday. You’ll meet some good luck Tuesday, and Wednesday night. Otherwise, use your extra energy to solve problems. Collect money, buy/sell, embrace casual sex, or learn from a book, Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. (Thursday best; otherwise, exercise caution.) Saturday afternoon starts a weekend of talk, travel and paperwork.

sagittarius icon  SAGITTARIUS:  Nov. 22-Dec. 21

Hi, Sage. You’ll be happy, social, popular Sunday (some friction) and Monday (love’s harmony). Tuesday starts a month of domesticity, home, family, mother nature, rest and “restarting.” A secondary trend sweetly ignites your romantic side all February and March. Two things here: 1) a mercurial person might withdraw or beak off; yet 2) now to June gives single Sages one of the best boosts toward partnership and married/marriageable love in years — and again, a mercurial person might be the ticket. Show your feelings and desires. (Sometimes, Sages can be hard to penetrate and understand.) You’ll spend on your home, now or in March. Retreat from the fray late afternoon Monday (PST) to pre-dawn Thursday — rest, contemplate, plan, meditate, seek advice, liaise with gov’t or head office. Your luck isn’t great, so proceed with “restful caution.” Your energy and charisma urge upward Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon. Use this extra clout to tackle problems, Fri./Sat. Earlier, Thursday pm offers success, esp. in love. Saturday eve is for spending, esp. on a cherished person.

capricorn icon  CAPRICORN:  Dec. 22-Jan. 20

Tuesday begins a month of errands, light, easy chores, communications, and paperwork, Cap. In some way, these activities will be essential, as they promote or introduce you to “weighty people.” But you do seem to be struggling with someone, January through April, perhaps over a domestic issue, or ending a bond. Your home and family are affectionate and supportive now through March. A huge amount of work (or a health concern) faces you through June. It can lead to a management position. Be ambitious Sunday (some turmoil or friction) and Monday (harmonious advance). Wishes can come true, Monday eve to Thursday pre-dawn. You’ll feel happy, social, flirty, your popularity will rise, and your hopes too. Best times (in PST): Tuesday, and late Wed. Retreat to rest, plan and seek advice Thursday morn to Saturday afternoon. Your luck is mixed, so maintain a quiet, mildly cautious approach. Thursday’s best. Your energy and pizzazz suddenly revive, Saturday night and the weekend. Expect a good answer to a query.

Aquarius icon  AQUARIUS:  Jan. 21-Feb. 18

You have had a good boost in personal power and confidence over the last few weeks, Aquarius. Now you shift subtly into possession mode for the weeks ahead: collecting dollars, buying/selling, learning from books/internet, and casual sex. A Gemini or Virgo might play a key role. Your casual relationships are affectionate and funny this month and next. I don’t need to tell you that work has been hard, and will be for another couple of months. Follow safety rules, especially around machinery, chemicals and heat. You are very lucky in creative projects, romance, pleasure, teaching kids, and with beautiful things now to early June. Take advantage, Aquarius — if single, chase someone. Best romantic luck in over a decade — and, if you let it, this trend will bring a big wish true. Sunday/Monday are intellectual, international, philosophical, and gently loving. Sunday brings an argument; Monday brings sweet harmony — maybe at the “last minute.” Monday eve to Thursday pre-dawn highlights your career, prestige and worldly standing — be ambitious, esp. late Tuesday and late Wed. Your heart rises with joy Thursday morn to Saturday afternoon, as you encounter  friends, flirting, optimism, popularity and social delights. Be nimble; obstacles exist. Best time: Thursday. Use Saturday night and the weekend following for rest, contemplation, cleansing solitude.

Pisces icon  PISCES:  Feb. 19-March 20

Tuesday begins a month of freedom, enhanced effectiveness, charisma, energy and clout, Pisces. This week is very jumbled, good and bad luck are mixed every day, so proceed with mild caution, but know that you’re “in charge,” or “on top.” At risk of repeating it too often, your real estate luck is at a decade high until early June. Buy, sell or rent, or renovate (NOT mid-March to mid-April) or purchase furniture, or set up a home-based business, etc. Romance is hot, from January to April. You might be romancing someone toward whom you will cool, eventually. If so, it’s because you don’t feel confident to find “true” love. Be brave! Your money picture is benevolent now through March. Sunday/Monday are for secrets, major finances, sex/lust, and lifestyle choices. Sunday’s friction-prone, but Monday’s very harmonious, esp. between the sexes. A mellow, wise, tolerant mood steals over you Monday afternoon to Thursday pre-dawn. A Scorpio might pursue you. Tuesday, and Wednesday night, are best for action: love might be involved. Be ambitious Thursday morn to Saturday afternoon. Thursday’s best. Career, prestige, world status are highlighted. Saturday pm ushers in a weekend of popularity, flirting and optimism!

THE END.

AFTERAMBLE:

I told you here, when they wed, that Diana and Prince Goofiness Charles, would break up. Told you here that Harry and Meghan Markle would have a flat marriage and eventually it would fail. Now the media is starting to play the breakup tune.

When I sat with some friends to watch the Super Bowl, I said the Eagles will win. Everyone else thought Kansas City was unbeatable.

Not putting the Eagles’ prediction in this blog was a little disappointing. But here’s my biggest “lost opportunity”: in around 1987/8 (?) I was meditating, and asked who would be the next U.S. president? I received two words: “bush” and “father.” I didn’t know what to make of it. A man with a bushy beard? A father of the country, like George WA? (At the time, I had never heard of Bush.) So I put nothing in the blog. Turned out, George Bush, the father, became the next president. The spirits, ether, whatever you want to call it, has been so kind, so giving to me, and I feel stupid, ashamed, that I have not had more faith in them.

Ah, well. It’s because I’m super-cautious, have been since I was raped by my mother’s father (with my mother’s co-operation) at 9 years old to — when? So I have a very mixed relationship with the spiritual world. It has given me amazing predictions, but also let me be raped, perhaps so that I would seldom give these predictions to others. This happens to me even in ordinary, mild social groups. For example about 20 years ago we had a block party where I lived. A woman was just saying, loudly, that she has been on — immediately my mind said, “Alder” — and a moment later she said, “Alder Street.”

In a sense, this brings up the validity of astrology. One must be intuitive or psychic to succeed as an astrologer. But what if the astrologer is psychic whether reading a chart, or speaking to a stranger, or watching the news? This argues that astrology may simply be a mantra for the psychic to focus on. And I’m fine if that’s the truth. (Yet my own birth chart indicates I’ll be psychic — Neptune [the psychic planet] on my ascendant.)

There is the other concept, that the planets and their movements form a pattern that is reflective of, and reflected in, many other layers of existence. I’m fine if that’s the truth, too.

I think Trump‘s idea about Gaza is a petty rgood one. It’s very similar to my suggestion of nine or 10 months ago. One problem: there’s going to be a lot of opposition in the Arab world, I think mainly because no one, not even Arabs, want the Palestinians. They are a bad luck charm, they live under a cloud. They are aggressive, violent and warlike, and cannot seem to be at peace with themselves unless they are at war with others. No Arab nation wants them.

My plan was to flood every tunnel with seawater, kill every Hamas who identifies as a soldier, then move the entire population to either the northern half or southern half of Gaza. Then, on the emptied half, begin a huge reconstruction project, building a new land, with new cities and farms. Many of the Palestinians could be employed in this reconstruction. Then you move everyone from the other half to the part you’ve just reconstructed, and do the same thing again. In the end, the Palestinians have a beautiful land with food, sustainability, and real estate, office spaces that can attract corporations and resorts to attract tourists.

Gaza, like North Korea, has some of the best beaches in the world. Both countries could thrive if they built a tourism industry… Which would be a natural for both countries, and a shining example of capitalistic self improvement, if – if – ancient wrongs and anger can be forgotten. The question would become, for the Palestinians: is it better for you to hang onto your hatred or to live a good life, to enjoy the benefits of civilization? To live in peace, security, and an atmosphere of friendliness rather than scrape out a living in an atmosphere of violence and death?

Give them the opportunities and the options, and then see what they choose.

News item: CEO of a major U.S. supplier of parts for fighter jets and missiles found to be a Chinese Intelligence official.

Here’s the thing: with the inter-spying, inter-locking nature of the world now, Chinese in the Americas, etc., and the complexities of cyber warfare — the world is becoming too complex for nations to handle. Of necessity, I suspect, eventually we must become one civilization. One nation.

Looking back, one of the best things of my 20s and 30s, was that there were still large portions of experience and of the world that I didn’t know, so magic still had a chance.

Now that I think I know, or have experienced some facet of, almost everything life has to offer, I am a little bored by life, that is by the mundane in life — rather, by the very things that attracted me in my 20s and 30s.

But now a new kind of magic is emerging: before it was the magic of wishes coming true, of popularity, of wealth through real estate, of predicting, new age and meditation, romance, then sex, then family, and of success in general.

Now, in my 70s, a different kind of magic seems to be entering, and, as magic must, it emerges from a new unknown: the afterlife. During my high meditation period in  the late 90s, I was quite sure I had visited heaven three times, once seemingly alone when I met the gatekeepers and asked them various questions. One of them came up to me and inscribed the letter K on my forehead… This is where it’s fuzzy, it might’ve been an H or an A. Somehow, K sticks in  my mind right now. I think they asked me how much I had read of the big book I was carrying. I said that I had trouble reading it because it all seem to be in code or it would shimmer away. They said don’t worry, and one of them gestured to a pathway behind them. They nodded that I could enter. Everyone seem to know that I was just visiting – including myself, although I didn’t even think of the matter. One of them said, see there is your book of life. And there it was, sitting in a huge flower I think, because the book was huge. It shone all white with gold trimmings and print. But I couldn’t read a word…. Not sure I even saw a word.

And the rest of the memory is like that, clouded by uncertainty. Or made uncertain by the clouds. For example, I don’t know if I brought that big book of life with me, or if they handed it to me at the gates, or I first saw it on that garden trail. One of the angels/entities was called Ralph. There were three or four of them, all males. Of course that’s my prejudice showing through. At that point in my life, I didn’t think that women in general had very high morals.

I suspect, when we undergo a meaningful spiritual experience, we tend to bathe it in our own emotions and views, and to drape it in human clothes. Thus, an angel called “Ralph.” Yet, seeing it on the page right now, I wonder if it’s a short form or a humanly distorted form of Rafael, the major Angel.

My second visit was very different. Amidst the ruin and jumble of an unfamiliar ‘hood – or was it restoration? – anyway, a building all undressed, planks and ropes and ladders and sawhorses everywhere — and directly in front of me, an altar — or at least a plank with a white cloth draped over it. As I stepped up to it, a woman in long white robes appeared and began to wrap a rope around me, not quickly nor tightly, maybe five times around. Then she put her arms around me and said don’t be afraid and then we rose. She “dropped me off” in a strange place, a “space.” In the centre was a large brown crystal, maybe 2 times a man’s height? Points of light floated in the black-blue space. One came near me, and immediately I saw and dipped down (as if flying) to a world, and glided to/through a long open meadow, through beautiful farms and forests and all that. Then the light passed, and so did the bucolic world.

The third visit I’ll have to describe later. But a curious thing: I met an angel called Ralph. I saw a big brown crystal in the afterlife. Both seem stupid — every New Ager knows amethyst is the highest vibrating crystal spiritually. Brown is so blah and “earthy” that there isn’t even a brown crystal nor chakra. Yet as I mentioned, Ralph might be my ears’ impression of Raphael. But a brown crystal? Spiritual? Then it occurred to me that brown is a combination of every colour. So what better colour to represent all life? (In fact, to “worship” or pray to or meditate on any other colour, is exclusionary. E.g., if I only meditate on the amethyst/crown crystal, I’m actually being a snob, excluding those who vibrate to other colours. In fact, just following the 7 chakras and their correspondingly tinted crystals (e.g., aquamarine for the throat chakra, red for the base chakra, etc.) is itself prejudiced toward all excluded colours and crystals. In 2,000 years of meditation, no one has yet discovered that the brown crystal is at the centre of it all?

Once I asked my guide, Nima, why don’t I stay in heaven when I visit? I expected her to say something like, you aren’t pure enough yet, or you’re still a sinner or something, but this is what she said, verbatim: “Because you don’t want to stay, Tim.”

And that’s the long and short of it: if you want to go to heaven you will; and if you don’t want to go to heaven you won’t. Everything proceeds from this.
