ASTRAL REFLECTIONS

	Uranus enters Pisces March 10, for a seven-year stay. Uranus will bring "electricity" (and unpredictable events) to Pisces and all it rules - rumors, gas, interest rates, inflation/deflation, astrophysics, oceans, film and video, pornography and spirituality. The geopolitical skies will flash like neon lights for seven years. (On the good side, "revolt," Osama, etc., will lessen.) This "electricity" will be accompanied by major, worldwide events, some of them death inducing, some of them hugely significant in a sci/tech way. March 10 and 15-17 are two of the "shock points" I mentioned fifteen months ago, when I said to have an exit strategy for the stock markets for spring 2003. (Actually, you should be out before these dates, so you can buy if new lows occur.)
During the decade ahead, Uranus will climb through Pisces toward a rare, threatening square to Pluto in 2007. But the actual square doesn't occur - it falls short, so the threats don't quite explode into cataclysm. We'll be "uneasy" at the looming storms in the stock market, world affairs, world trade, and in high tech. These gathering storm clouds will be accompanied by sudden, small "wipe outs" and quick little panics, while nature choruses in with strange weather and an unusual frequency of lightning storms. North Korea's nuclear gambling enters this zone of "electrified air," as will, I think, Iran. Uranus hints that the solution to all is sharing: give them food, irrigation, friendship. Instead of saying it's the economy, we should be shouting, "Give 'em goodwill, Stupid!"
Closer in time, Jupiter will square Pluto from September 2003 to October 2004 - these 13 months spell money frustration for investment banks, medicos and police.  
 Do you remember my admonition against buying stocks whose names began with J, U, Q, C, E, X, T, Z, G and N? Well, these stocks are still under pressure, to 2008. But April 15, 2003 brings some marked relief to the J, U and Q's - a dark cloud dispels from them - and to a lesser degree from all these initials. April 15 is merely a technical date - the actual relief for many started months ago (e.g., Nortel). In the April '03-December '04 period, be wary of stocks which begin with K. Ford Motor, believe it or not, should begin recovery this spring - if so, it has risen from the worst "threat" in 250 years. 
	(Speaking of the stock markets, BTW, the aspects, 2000 out to about 2010, are like those of the great crash and Great Depression - except that they don't occur all together - they're strung out over a decade, so we get "rolling hits," one influence, then another slowly replaces it, rather than everything at once. In this sense, it is worse than the 1973-74 stock collapse, but milder than the 1930's.)

Aries   March 21-April 19
Your energy and clout are low this week, so avoid competitive situations, find solitude and contemplate. Your dealings with government agencies, institutions, red tape and "head office" will grow - for seven years. If you're a healer, inventor, land developer, scientist, researcher or detective, these seven years will bring many fascinating friends. Avoid law, travel and "intellectualizing" Sunday/Monday - sign nothing, wed no one. Your ambitions go well Tuesday to Thursday - a "stuffed shirt" befriends you. Quiet socializing, sweet private hopes bless you Thursday eve to Saturday. It's an easy week! 

Taurus   April 20-May 20
Resist the temptation to chase intimacy, lust, large financial commitments, or to pry into secret ways and data Sunday to early Tuesday. You've suffered two years of constrained income, restricted money - this will end by June, but you could damage your net worth if you invest before April 15. Wait awhile. A sweet, mellow mood flows over you Tuesday to Thursday noon - love, wisdom, foreign travel, higher learning bless you! Be ambitious Thursday eve to Saturday: you can make steady, sure progress. A "social" wish will come true soon!

Gemini   May 21-June 20
In less than a month, your career scene will begin to change thoroughly and swiftly. Be prepared: stay alert, fulfill present obligations, be willing to enter new doorways. Your mind, your education, how you express yourself, your friendliness and your willingness to be "international," will count heavily - for seven years. Avoid chasing an "opportunity" Sunday to early Tuesday - it's a trap - so's anyone who enters your life at this time. Investments, intimacy, lifestyle changes succeed Tuesday/Wednesday. Travel, love, and those "career assets" (your mind, friendliness, etc.) emerge nicely Friday/Saturday!

Cancer   June 21-July 22
A month of learning, far travel, legal matters, philosophy, mellowness, love and compassion lies ahead of you. Don't just shrug and accept more work, more chores Sunday to early Tuesday - delegate, and don't worry whether others will do it well or not. (If you don't delegate, you'll erect a fence against opportunities.) Relationships flow easily Tuesday to Thursday - you could meet someone exciting and challenging! Be diplomatic, but eager. Relations veer into deeper areas Thursday p.m. through Saturday: into intimacy, promises, commitment and consequence. There's goodness, not danger, here.

Expect mysteries. The depths of life surge to the surface now, bringing subconscious hunches, desires, lust, suspicions, and many chances to see how the more "hidden" side of life works. Be alert, thoughtful: realize every "coincidence" is meaningful. Investments need much study. Take care with a romantic, gambling, creative, speculative or similar notion Sunday to early Tuesday - it's a trap in disguise. Tackle chores (and repair your health) Tuesday to Thursday noon. Relationships challenge yet offer you opportunity, Thursday p.m. to Saturday - join, seek, merge, seize - be eager, diplomatic! 

Virgo   Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Relationships fill the weeks ahead - and, to a large degree, the whole seven years ahead. The doldrums are over, Virgo! (But not necessarily the mistakes - these seven years demand an alert self-interest mingled with fellowship and compassion. Much will surprise you. Eccentric, stubborn yet gentle people will fill your life.) Don't fall for a "security lure" Sunday to Tuesday morning - it's a dead-end. Romance (or a creative, pleasurable, speculative or similar urge) is gentle, mild, yet very real Tuesday to Thursday! Get some chores finished Thursday noon through Saturday.

Libra   Sept. 23-Oct. 22
Work and health concerns fill the weeks ahead. Finish old chores so you can be ready for a new kind of duty. This new type of work will steer you in a more creative direction for seven years - and will lead, by 2010 onward, to huge new opportunities. Avoid short trips and wasteful chatter Sunday/Monday.
