ASTRAL REFLECTIONS

	I've got a Daily horoscope! I've decided, with the encouragement of someone out East, to write a daily horoscope. The first "column" appears today, June 5, but it is only available through your cell phone, via text messaging. (At present it's only available to Canadians.) The service costs 50 cents per horoscope, billed to your phone. 
	The horoscope access number will always be the same: 131313. (Each week, I'll post this number at the end of the column, right beneath Pisces' message.) 
	It's easy to subscribe: just text the words "ADD" and your Sun sign, and send to 131313. For example, if you're a Scorpio, just text ADDSCORPIO to 131313. Leos would send "ADDLEO" to 131313. (Remember the ADD or it won't work!) 
The rest is easy. Your daily horoscope will be sent to you each morning. (It will show as HOROSCOPE BROADCAST.) If you want more information, just type in INFO and send it to 131313. Need help? Just type in HELP and send to 131313. 
	If you want to stop the daily horoscope, just text STOP and send to 131313. (We'll also send you a monthly reminder asking if you want to stop the horoscope.)
	The advantage of a daily message is that I can tell you when to act - or when your luck is high or low, at various times during the day. For example: "Buy before 2 pm. Seek love after 3 pm."	
At present I'm restricted to 136 characters, which is about two or three sentences. But soon, I'll gradually start using textual contractions to pack more information in. For instance, I might shorten the message above to: "Buy B4 2 p. Seek love after 3 p." (It will take me quite awhile to get used to writing in that short form.)
Here are some contractions I'm already using: govt=government; situ= situation; esp=especially; eg= for example; $=money; mgmt= management; admin=administration, administrative chores.

	BTW, did you notice the daily "DOW" predictions below? Including a dismal first week, my correct predictions run 11/14, or 79 per cent. In the last two weeks, it's 100 per cent. (Of course calling the Dow Jones stock market index up or down isn't the same as forecasting your luck each day_ but there are similarities!)

Aries   March 21-April 19
The emphasis lies on paperwork, travel, communications, distribution, office systems, casual friends and curiosity, especially Sunday/Monday. Start projects in these areas, but make sure you see all factors, including legal and competitive ones. Your home and family grow more affectionate. It's a perfect time to travel to vacation spots, camp. You're still mulling over your plans, not certain of your focus - next week through late July, determination and decisiveness will return, powerfully. Alienation is cured by a friendly smile Tuesday. Be home mid-week. Romance, arguments, pleasure and adventure visit Friday/Saturday!

Taurus   April 20-May 20
Your financial dealings will be easier this week than last, and it's a good time to start an earnings project (especially Monday). But two glitches remain: around Tuesday, you have to decide between small and big, fast and slow money (e.g., paycheck versus investment) - choose the slow, big, net worth side. And, leading into Friday, friends or hopes don't mix with money: keep them separate, or a short, sharp problem will occur. Communicate, travel, seek friendly talks Wednesday/Thursday. Be home, rest - don't argue, don't suspect - Friday/Saturday. A worthwhile week!

Gemini   May 21-June 20
Your energy, charisma, effectiveness and clout reach new highs! Sunday/Monday are excellent days to start a significant project, especially one that depends on or promotes your personality. Remember two things: one, a certain contingent of your peers doesn't like you, and acts in silence or in grudge; and two, higher-ups, parents, bosses, judges are temporarily ticked with you. So make sure your new project - or your actions in general - are diplomatic or broad enough to get past these two "enemy camps." One clue: the "higher-ups" actually like you!

Cancer   June 21-July 22
Continue to lie low, rest and plan especially Sunday to Tuesday. Contemplate your life, karma, spiritual realities, and psychological depths. Avoid legal hassles. It's a pretty easy, sweet time. You can luxuriate in old friends and loyalties. Long-delayed domestic projects might return now, to be completed - on the surface, at least, these projects are lucky. But if you continue to suffer delays in them now, something is probably wrong with the entire venture - let it go. Your energy returns mildly mid-week. Avoid legal, ethical and money hassles Friday/Saturday.

Leo   July 23-Aug. 22
Hopes, wishes, popularity, social delights, light romance, entertainment - these swirl around you, especially Sunday to Tuesday eve. Start important projects in these areas - anything from a party to a convention. You sense what the public wants. You might have to choose between a casual, fun affair and a deep, committed romantic approach. The latter will have more "lasting power." Your intuition about a sexual or financial relationship is right on, early week. Visit a psychic, or delve into research. Lie low, rest Wednesday/Thursday. Emerge to impress the world Friday/Saturday!

Virgo   Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Relationships remain feisty - be diplomatic, especially Tuesday and Friday, when alienating influences pressure home, career and relationships. You could be hotly attracted to someone, but it's lust more than love. Can you really envision yourself spending five hours comfortably talking with this person? It's a tough call - might work. Lots of activity 1n your career sector, especially Sunday to Tuesday noon. Sunday/Monday are great days to begin a career or ambitious project. It might "disagree" with spouse, partner. Social delights, optimism come Tuesday night to Thursday. Retreat, rest Friday/Saturday. 

Libra   Sept. 23-Oct. 22
Your understanding, tolerance are high. Life's mellow. Love is possible, especially Sunday/Monday, and Friday/Saturday. However, it's unlikely you'll ever (happily) marry anyone you meet for the first time this week. (That won't be the case next week, though!) Avoid arguments, personal conflicts Tuesday and Friday. Start new legal, educational, far travel, cultural, media, publishing, religious and "fame" projects Sunday (after 10 a.m. PDT) and Monday. Be ambitious Wednesday (best) and Thursday. A long stretch of hard work will end soon. Your career star is on the rise - at last!

Scorpio   Oct. 23-Nov. 21
You're starting to shift from an intense, heated sensual, romantic urge to a sweeter, more gentle, loving understanding. Good! The mysterious, sexual, consequential side of life continues strong, this week and next. Launch life changes, make financial or intimate commitments, and institute debt reduction programs, especially Sunday/Monday. Research, investigate, or seek the aid of a counselor, psychic, astrologer, financial advisor, etc. One warning: strictly avoid "risk-taking" for its own sake. Invest, don't gamble. Choose between realism and a "crescendo of emotions," especially Tuesday and Friday. You'll mellow out Wednesday/Thursday!

Sagittarius   Nov. 22-Dec. 21
Domestic tension and temperament will end by Saturday (June 11) - but before then, avoid triggering spousal spats, etc. - especially Tuesday and Friday. These are NOT good days to sign contracts, negotiate, or try to reach agreement on anything. (But they're excellent days to edit your papers, or carefully perform pruning, cutting tasks.) A risk of deep alienation hovers this week. Remember that others hold the power now. You can start some good practical or public-oriented relationships Sunday/Monday. Finances, sex, begin to be favored. Next week starts a romantic trend!

Capricorn   Dec. 22-Jan. 19
You still face a pile of work, but relationships bring a note of relief - others treat you pleasantly, and a member of the opposite sex could be interested in more than a "hello!" (He/she's "around" about 5 am PDT, 8 am EDT.) Spousal relations grow sweeter. Start new work projects Sunday/Monday. Don't buy machinery nor a car, computer, appliances this week. You're faced with a choice between doing hands-on work, and delegating most things. This is an important decision; it can affect your future plans. I'd go with delegating. 

Aquarius   Jan. 20-Feb. 18
Romance, creativity, rushes of pleasure, beauty, speculation, sports, games, teaching and the joys of children - these expand! Start big ventures in these areas Sunday/Monday. You might have to choose between pleasure and the future, or between being charmed by a child and his/her record, between deep romance and "palling around," between painting the picture or running the gallery. In the broadest perspective, the second half of all these pairs will prove more dominant. Long delays in law, learning, far travel, media and international themes will end now. Is that good?

Pisces   Feb. 19-March 20
Long delays end in finances, investments, mortgages, sexual intimacy, pregnancy, serious health issues, lifestyle changes, research, occultism, counseling, editing, tax, estate and similar areas. But that isn't a carte blanche to charge ahead. You face both luck and "complicated morals" in these zones. Let the luck and fate take care of themselves - as long as you make sure your morals are good, you've done your job as a human being. Start new domestic, realty projects Sunday/Monday - but don't overspend! Love, affection are growing gently! Contain temper, criticism Tuesday and Friday.
