ASTRAL REFLECTIONS

	Geophysicists, says an article in the National Post, generally accept that Jupiter and Saturn, by pulling on the Sun with their gravitational masses, affect the weather on earth, and may cause long-term fluctuations in sea levels and global temperatures.
	Ex-media baron Conrad Black has delayed his sentencing to December 10. If he's sentenced after 9:36 a.m., he'll get an easier sentence than anticipated. If he can delay to December 19 onward, he'll get a walk in the park.
	More on my June prediction that interest rates would fall. Ten-year (U.S.) bonds, on which mortgages are based, have fallen from last June's peak of 5.3 %, to 4.1 % today. So why isn't your bank reducing its lending and mortgage rates? That's over 20 % extra profit for them, meaning you'd pay, for example, $ 3,000/month on your new mortgage, rather than the $2,320 you should pay. Sure, they lost billions in the summer financial panic, but why should they be allowed to recoup their losses through you?  
LIBRA, your upcoming LUCK CYCLE (December 18, 2007-January 4, 2009) brings change and expansion in home, real estate, dealings with children and parents, security and retirement projects, gardening, agriculture, soul, nutrition and digestion. Your waistline might expand! You'll benefit from ending certain situations and beginning others - "cashing out." This is a great year to retire, take a sabbatical, or sell a business. (It's not a particularly good year to start a business, EXCEPT in all the motherhood/earth areas: e.g., food, housing, children's products, toys, restaurants, farming, mining, real estate, furniture, a diaper business, etc.)
	You'll receive great joy, all 2008, from your children. If they're young, their health and school marks improve. Cheerful days, witticisms and humor return to the home. If you're married and childless, you might not be for long! (Double meaning there.) This is a great time to buy and/or sell real estate. Your holdings can easily double, even triple. You feel secure emotionally. It's a great year for both individual and family therapy, for expunging ghosts. Institute a retirement savings plan - or increase one. 
	2008's luck will bring both expansion and change - and, via these, stability. For example, moving to/buying a new house will bring a new, enhanced security. Your life (especially your domestic, financial and sensual life) faces deep, significant transformations from 2008 through 2024. The year ahead launches these changes in the luckiest way. So don't hold back - go forth and "reestablish" yourself!

Aries   March 21-April 19
Understanding, love, compassion and tolerance infiltrate your outlook. Foreign shores, export/import, religion, law, higher learning, philosophy, culture and social rituals - these occupy you for the few weeks ahead - and could climax in a peak of wisdom, of subtle attainment, that overlooks the decade past and the decade to come! Details demand doing Sunday - be flexible, stop dreaming for 24 hours. Your family, home, real estate and security situation flow well Monday/Tuesday. Romance, adventure, risk and reward exhilarate you Wednesday but fool you Thursday. Tackle chores carefully Friday/Saturday. Avoid "partying" crowds. 

Taurus   April 20-May 20
The depths of life rise to the surface now to late December. The 24 days ahead could confront you with deep change - beneficial change, overall. (Though it will be much better after November 30 - you might run into practical barriers - or romantic or speculative disappointments - before December 1. So don't invest or woo "too soon.") These weeks ahead will also feature secrets, mysteries, revelations, discoveries, research, diagnosis, significant health and/or financial decisions, lifestyle changes, commitments and consequences, especially in sexual and financial zones. Don't become enmeshed in details - live! 

Gemini   May 21-June 20
The month ahead features relationships, opportunities, challenges, relocation, litigation, dealings with the public, agreements/disagreements and negotiations - and raises these to their most significant level in over a decade. A legal dispute could balloon; a planned relocation can suddenly grow by a few thousand miles, etc! "Minor" relationship impulses could trigger marriage or divorce. Fame is possible! Be diplomatic and willing to bend, to join forces - for others hold the power. Not everything will necessarily occur now - but the essential seed is sown. Charge forth - your life will soon change!

Cancer   June 21-July 22
Tackle big, essential chores over the next four weeks - you have at least two large chores to complete, before you can pursue places unknown, exotic relationships and lucky adventures. (Those start in 2008 - even as early as late December/07 - so eliminate those duties that would hold you back.) If you aren't sure what those chores are, think: children, dependents, cleaning, health, repairs, furniture, and employment affairs. (You might land a big employment role in December.) Sunday. Your energy and effectiveness rise Monday/Tuesday. Demand the money Wednesday; protect it Thursday.

Leo   July 23-Aug. 22
Romance could smite you a mighty, sweet blow in the few weeks ahead! Children will charm you, gambles lure you, and your sense of adventure, risk, beauty, self-expression and creativity has, in some ways, not been higher or luckier in the last decade! Be prepared to respond to the urge of the moment, for your "greater luck" resides in such urges. You'll be on a winning streak of large proportions! Study your dreams Sunday: find the flaws. Withdraw, rest, contemplate and plan Monday/Tuesday. You emerge to impress everyone Wednesday/Thursday! 

Virgo   Aug. 23-Sept. 22
The weeks ahead emphasize your home, family members, security, Mother Nature, real estate, and physical rest. You'll end stale projects and relationships, while laying the foundation for new, more fertile ones. These themes will reach a decade-long peak by mid-December, so something quite remarkable or significant could occur - a residential move, a major change of relationship, a big commitment, a pregnancy or newborn, etc. If you're proactive, you'll put your life on a new platform, from which the huge romantic, creative and pleasure ventures of 2008 will be launched! 

Libra   Sept. 23-Oct. 22
The four weeks ahead accent curiosity, travel, reading, writing, communications, paperwork, details, siblings, and local events. Be curious, ask questions, email and scan web sites, devour newspapers - you will almost surely stumble onto valuable information. In 2008 you'll enter a world of change in property, family, home, security - December's curiosity (more than November's) can supply you with intriguing and beneficial options when those changes arrive. Sunday's wise, loving. Be ambitious Monday/Tuesday, but realize delays are inevitable. You're optimistic, popular mid-week! Your future calls luckily Wednesday, might fool you Thursday.

Scorpio   Oct. 23-Nov. 21
Money - and how to get it - is emphasized over the next few weeks. A potential bonanza hovers around you - a pay raise, sale of a valuable item, an increase in your net worth, a great purchase, new lucrative client(s), etc. Be inventive, forward, eager - state your case with humor and aplomb. Through Friday, heed my earlier advice about avoiding new, major practical ventures all winter. December 1 to 10, keep a "lighter eye" on that advice. But December 11 to 19, ignore it - find the golden key, and turn it! 

Sagittarius   Nov. 22-Dec. 21
Your energy, pizzazz, charisma, effectiveness and personal luck climbs to a yearly - perhaps a 13year - high! Now through Friday (November 30) an obstacle or two exists, probably in the direction of career or parental approval. And even after that, to December 10, some lingering problems snag your progress (disapproval or non-co-operation from those same quarters, or tension and surprise around home/property fronts). But you're still making grand strides, and by the 11th onward, everything goes your way! Aim for self-development - tell the world you exist! Wednesday figures prominently.

Capricorn   Dec. 22-Jan. 19
You've just shifted to a period of quietude, contemplation and background activities, lasting to late December. Get plenty of rest, eat sensibly, be spiritual and charitable in outlook, and deal with government agencies, hospitals, institutions, large corporations and administrative duties. Either a big (somehow lucky) burden will be laid on you, or you'll receive a new freedom from hangers-on, boring situations, fear, old ghosts, or psychological holdbacks. Either way, clear away chores, tackle obligations, to leave yourself free to grasp 2008's huge luck and big projects! Make changes Wednesday!

Aquarius   Jan. 20-Feb. 18
Your optimism and popularity rise for the month ahead. A major wish might come true! Expect a couple of disappointments or obstacles, primarily in finances, sex, or health, but these are one-tenth, beside nine-tenths joy! Get out, mix and mingle, make friends, seek entertainment, and contemplate your future. Have fun now, for 2008 will be relatively "quiet." Sunday's romantic, creative, filled with inspiration. Tackle chores Monday/Tuesday. Relationships yield rewards, perhaps love, Wednesday, but there you go being uncertain about them again Thursday! The cosmic lesson: trust. DON'T invest Friday. 

Pisces   Feb. 19-March 20
The main accent lies on your career, ambitions, relations with higher-ups and parents, your own parenting roles, community status and reputation. All these have enjoyed a renaissance this year, but the biggest, luckiest boost to your position might be yet to come - now to late December! The best period will be December 11 to 19. Before then, handle duties and responsibilities with hope, honesty, and a wary eye for one or two pitfalls (in relationships November 30, in your own erratic or freedom-loving responses December 6, 7, and 10).
