WEEKLY FORECASTS:

  ARIES:  March 21-April 19

It’s a mellow week mentally, Aries, but a lot is going on in the area of secrets, finances, assets and sex — all month. Think before you act, but do be ready to invest, lop off debt, change your lifestyle, have surgery, or get close and comfortable with a delicious person. Higher-ups look on you favourably for the next 3 weeks (and for the next 12 months) but complications remain until May, 2020. My advice: be good, un-besmirched by temptations, and you’ll fare well. Your star is rising, but you might have to wait until May onward to shoot forward/upward.

Sunday/Monday find you popular, optimistic and flirty. Social joys, friendly romance and entertainment come, too. A wish might — might — come true (about travel, school, law or love/wedding?). Be quietly removed/uninvolved the first 4 hours of Sunday (PST). Withdraw to ponder, rest and plan Tues. to late morning Thurs. All goes well, esp. in contacting gov’t or “head office.” But don’t have a romantic date Tues. night.

Your energy and pizzazz shoot upward Thurs. noon through Sat. Give a major portion of your energy to career, other ambitions. Love and legal success Thurs. to suppertime, but not other times. Act, be a leader, don’t wait for “validation.”

  TAURUS:  April 20-May 20

Your philosophical side starts to mellow this month, and will grow positively beneficial from May to December of 2020. During the present month, the main benefit you’ll notice is a calming of your career tensions, a feeling of confidence and relaxation. The general emphasis in December lies on secrets, mysteries, sexual longing, major finances, surgery, lifestyle changes, research, commitment and consequences. Much that happens here might be the continuation of what you started earlier in 2019. Until early January, continue to avoid lawsuits (and crime, of course!).

Be ambitious Sunday/Monday, but be careful about launching new projects in career and practical arenas. Note “Start Nothing” times above. A wish might come true Tues./Wed. Although your attention is deeply immersed in sex, money or research, a happy social situation can pull you away to celebrate, to flirt and laugh. But retreat Thurs. noon through Sat. — rest, ponder and plan. Be spiritual, charitable. Deal with the gov’t (or institutions, or “head office”) late Fri. afternoon for best results. Realize your position might be wrong: be willing to change.

  GEMINI:  May 21-June 20

The monthly emphasis lies on relationships, Gemini. No one could blame you if you’ve been driven to solitude since 2009, when the cosmos started peppering you with relationship problems. The past year (2019) improved this situation somewhat, or appeared to, and did bring new mates to many Geminis. (Though it also tended to break up unhappy marriages, and to bring stressful bonds to some singles. I told you all this in early 2019.)

However, 2019 is “over” — December gives you one last chance to find clean, open, eager love, but the trend is quickly tilting toward sex, intimacy, privacy, extra-marital temptations, secrets and lust. (This entire arena, as well as big financial areas, medical and lifestyle commitments, should be approached with caution and ”deep foresight” before May 2020, as possible hidden pitfalls lurk.) So, this month ahead, look for and jump on opportunities, openings, potential relationships, relocation, public appearances, and negotiations/agreements. (And avoid conflict, insisting on your way, independence.)

Sunday/Monday are mellow, loving, wise and far-seeing, Gemini. You might not get much done in a solid sense, but you’ll be content. Monday begins 12 months of great good fortune in sex and finances — but your way clear to these successes might not appear until May onward.

Be ambitious Tues. to noon Thurs. — bosses are watching. No real obstacles — you’ll succeed! Be brave, start things, talk to higher-ups. Wishes might come true Thurs. noon through Sat., but obstacles exist, also. You’ll be happy, your popularity will rise, social joys arrive — but don’t start a sexually-oriented relationship, esp. not Fri. night. And DON’T invest.

  CANCER:  June 21-July 22

The main emphasis lies on work, health, tools/machinery, employees and dependents. Not really a fun month. But the drudgery is definitely relieved by (this week) romantic messages, by (to mid-month) affectionate responses, and (to year’s end) romantic courage and fiery desire. To top it off, this week starts 12 months of lucky, expanding relationships. HOWEVER, until May 5 there’s a good chance that if you form a new bond it will turn out to be a dead-end, or disappointing, or one that traps you in restrictions. (This also applies to business bonds.) So enjoy the romance, but don’t commit yourself. Someone “cleaner” (or a “cleaner deal” in business) will show between May 5 and Dec., 2020.

Sunday/Monday peel the cover back to let you see what lies beneath. A rather ordinary, unremarkable two days — but intimacy or a small investment go well. Dig deep. You lift your eyes to the horizon, you see far, you understand Tues. to noon Thurs. Love, law, philosophy, education, profound ideas, far places — these draw you, and offer success. Love is the least of these Tues. night, when some friction could occur between sexes.

Switch from pondering to ambitious action Thurs. afternoon through Sat. Luck here is very mixed. You can encounter obstacles Thurs. pm to early afternoon Fri. (PST). Friday suppertime offers prestige, favours a contact with a boss or VIP. But late this night, and Sat. morning, others fight your interests. Work alone — or take a rest.

  LEO:  July 23-Aug. 22

The focus remains on romance, self-expression, creativity, speculation, raising kids, beauty and immediate (not “saved for the future”) pleasure. You’re in your element, Leo! Be big, bold, generous and loving — i.e., be yourself! (But twice as much so.) If you’re single, a person you met (and possibly wooed) in the past 12 months might prove to be an enduring love. Work mates are pleasant, helpful until mid-December. You can be temperamental on the home front all month. And Monday starts a full year of good luck and expansion in work and health zones. (If you’re unattached, a co-worker romance is quite possible in 2020.) However, until May 5 (2020) be cautious in both work and romance— you might be wise to delay a machinery purchase, hiring a new employee, or plunging into a new health regimen.

Sunday/Monday bring  relationships, fresh horizons and opportunities. Be diplomatic, co-operate, join — avoid argument. All’s fine. Sexual desires call mid-week — Tues. night isn’t the best time to pursue these — Wed.’s better. Financial, medical, lifestyle and similar potentially life-changing decisions await — make them, act, as good fortune supports you.

Thursday afternoon through Saturday brings a mellow, wise mood, an international view, far travel, higher education, publishing, intellectual, philosophical and cultural pursuits — and serious love. Good themes, but your intentions can be tossed about by obstacles — all of them related to work/career. Late Fri. night and pre-dawn Sat. need extra caution: do the job, but avoid all ethical/legal “trespasses.”

  VIRGO:  Aug. 23-Sept. 22

The accent remains on home, family, garden, real estate, rest/recuperation, Mother Nature, nutrition, and the neighbourhood. You might have expanded greatly in one or more of these in the last 12 months. That period ends Monday. In the weeks ahead, prune your garden, your human and project-filled one. Abandon whatever (and whoever) has grown old, stale, unproductive, to make way for new plants, situations, relationships. The effects of this pruning might be seen even a decade from now.

Monday begins a romantic, creative, risk-taking and adventurous lucky streak — to last to the end of 2020. If single, you might find someone to share your home for years to come. However, though all Virgos face a year ahead steeped in love and exotic things, you’ll have a better outcome if you wait until May (2020) onward to jump in. December holds a sweet romantic streak until the 19th. Be cautious in speech, writing and driving (and with hand tools) all month — you’re impatient, even aggressive in these.

Tackle chores Sunday/Monday — you’ll get most things done; it’s a quiet time. Eat, dress sensibly. Midweek brings relationships, fresh horizons and opportunities — your own actions, attitude will determine whether you get flack, opposition, even enemies, or co-operation, opportunities, even partnership. The last are far, far more likely, as this interval glows with affection and promise. (Only exception: Tuesday night [PST] when opposite sexes are a bit wary of each other.) Someone accepts what you truly are, at core, Wed. night.

Life’s secret depths emerge Thurs. noon through Sat. Your intuition rises, so do lust and hunger for power (money, investments). Be careful, avoid major commitments, as you would be disappointed with the results. Possible good action on home front Friday suppertime.

  LIBRA:  Sept. 23-Oct. 22

The emphasis continues on errands, swift, easy chores, paperwork, casual contacts, short trips and communications, office and telephone systems. You’ve faced an overload of these during the past 12 months. Monday ends this trend, and begin 12 months of superb luck in home, real estate, family, garden, Mom Nature, neighbourhood activities, subdivision, construction, security — and recuperation. (You’ll accomplish more with a restful, thoughtful mood than you will with hasty action.)

You have been bedevilled in this arena for years — since 2008 — and 2019 brought difficulties to a head. Hopefully, you did something to “repair” these zones — e.g., fixing the basement drain, or overcoming a child’s handicap. These obstacles won’t go away soon — they have 6 more years to go. But in 2020 you will solve, my estimate, 50 percent of any remaining domestic difficulties. This year ahead is very lucky in home, etc. — but for best results, wait until May 5 to mid-December to tackle the biggest things. (E.g., this is a superb year — best in two decades — to buy a new home. But if you buy it before May 5, you’ll be asking for “later” trouble.)

Sunday/Monday are romantic, creative, pleasure-filled. Enjoy! Tackle chores mid-week (Tues. to noon Thurs.) — you’ll get a huge amount done. Good time to buy machinery, appliances. Relationships, marriage, practical partnerships, deals, negotiations, possible love, opportunities — and opposition, enmity, challenge — arise Thurs. pm through Sat. The negative side of these is more likely, esp. Friday night, Saturday morn. Proceed with care.

  SCORPIO:  Oct. 23-Nov. 21

The main emphasis remains on money and possessions — including memory and casual intimacy. (Memory is a possession; so is, in a certain light, someone’s body.) So send invoices and pay ‘em, buy/sell, haunt garage sales, cultivate new clients, ask the boss for a small raise, and hug that warm body. (“Small raise” — 2019 has been quite lucky in income terms, so if you’ve already received a good pay raise, ignore my advice.) The “bonus luck” in $ areas dissolves Monday, to usher in a year of expansion, growth and “luck” in errands, communications, short travel, friendly contacts, media, news, and curiosity. One caution: be very aware of the effect on others of your words, opinions, now to May 5. (After that, to Dec. 2020, charge ahead, talk, travel and engage without hesitation.)

You’ll send or exchange some sweet nothings with an alluring person this week and the next two. Same period promotes agreements, business associations, new horizons and exploratory talks — good, satisfying results! You’re very attractive to the opposite sex all month, esp. if you’re male. However, tone down the extra aggression, impulse, “rough play” that imbues you now — be sexy, not cruel.

Be with family, play in the garden, relax and ponder, Sunday/Monday. A couple of very minor irritations — otherwise a good, mild interval. Mid-week’s romantic — and studded with smooth, fortunate aspects. Creative projects, risk, beauty and pleasure call you. Only caution: Tues. night isn’t the best for romance.   SAGITTARIUS:  Nov. 22-Dec. 21

This is your time, Sage! Other than in money, you’ve had a great year in 2019. (Although investments likely turned out well.) It might not seem so right now, but when you look back in a decade, you’ll realize 2019 was a major turning point that led you, later, to a good place. Any break-off, if it occurred, was to free you, not punish you. This month, your charisma, energy and timing are superb. Be a leader, start significant projects, form new relationships. Foreign travel suits you!

Now, money: your income luck hasn’t been spectacular over 2019 — delays, wrong actions hovered around you. Now, Monday, your ruling planet enters your earnings sector until late December 2020. This will bring super money luck, some of which you’ll experience in the three weeks ahead. But be cautious until May (2020) as this area also holds some subtle traps, dead-ends and “false paths.” My advice: accept all $ luck that comes now, but wait until May 6 onward to launch a major money — earning or spending — project. All month, avoid gov’t, institutions and “head offices” — and places of violence. You might indulge a secret intimate affair.

Sunday/Monday are for errands, communications, travel and paperwork. Don’t seek agreement with a Gemini or Virgo. All’s fine. Head for home, at least in your heart, midweek. Hug the family, start family-benefit projects — e.g., an education fund for the kids, or wallpapering the hallway. Excellent results, so dive in! Thursday afternoon through Saturday brings romance, beauty, creativity and pleasure. Remember, you’re more charismatic than usual — someone might fall for you. But this is a rather ragged interval, luck-wise. Best: early suppertime Friday (PST). Worst: Saturday pre-dawn. Don’t overspend on love.

Lie low, Cap. Seek advice. Seek shelter, too, a place to be alone and contemplate. Your managerial skills are highlighted. Deal with civil servants and admin. workers, agents, charities and spiritual organizations. In some ways, you’ve had a difficult 2019. Monday starts a year in which you will 1) be very fortunate; and 2) face some of your own, inner restrictions and fears, and overcome them. You will want to expand, to open your arms and embrace a bigger chunk of the world. However, now to May 5 (2020) you would be wise to seek permission, seek partnership, the input of others, and advance in tandem rather than independently. After May — well, it gets complicated. All December, your hopes rise about a family, real estate or similar event/opportunity. Until Dec. 19, your physical charms shine — so despite you “inward direction” you might attract a sweet person.

Chase money Sun./Mon. — not much result, but no disasters either. Midweek brings errands, paperwork, trips and communications. Plunge into these, as good fortune accompanies you. Beware the exposing of secrets Tuesday night. A friendly romance might bless some Caps. But late week — Thurs. afternoon through Sat. — ends your calls, travel and messaging, as it pulls you down to earth, to home, security, and Mother Nature. Rest, relax, ponder. This interval is neither smooth nor fortunate, so step carefully, esp. Friday night to dawn Sat.

  AQUARIUS:  Jan. 20-Feb. 18

December is wishes-come-true time, Aquarius! (Most likely, if a major wish is to be fulfilled, it will be connected to the events and possibilities of the past 12 months.) You’ll be popular, hopeful, open to flirtation. However, your inner world is also active now. Civil servants, agents, advisors, accountants, and medical/institutional workers — all treat you well until Dec. 19. In a much bigger way, Monday begins 12+ months of favour from these types, civil servants, advisors, agents, etc.

Your “outside world” luck might be low now to December 2020, but your spiritual, psychic, emotional side will undergo a deep, healthy self-examination and recuperation. (This deep rest is important, because 2021, an extremely lucky year, will demand lots of energetic action.) All month, higher-ups will be temperamental and impatient: be long-suffering, grin and bear it — NOT a good time to argue or “talk back” — and avoid appearing before a judge.

Your energy and charisma, timing and clout are sky-high Sun./Mon. Get things done! (But not the best 2 days to start a big project.) Chase money mid-week — good fortune rides with you! Buy/sell, seek bargains, schmooze with clients. Errands, paperwork, travel and communications fill Thurs. afternoon through Sat. Be cautious here, hold missives back, re-read before you send them. Go all out for the next 3 weeks, Pisces — you can scoot up the career/status ladder. Although you probably already had a boost in 2019, December offers you a “last chance” to capitalize on the past year’s efforts. For instance, 2019’s schmoozing could now open a door to a talk with a VIP or boss. Be forward, ambitious and show your skills, Pisces. (You could land an even bigger promotion in the 12 months ahead — start now.)

Monday begins a year (to Dec. 2020) of bright hopes, popularity and social joys, entertainment and light but thrilling romance. Join a new group or club in the year ahead — it will benefit you for at least a decade. (But don’t play yet — December needs hard work. In fact, be cautious about “only play” or sacrificing everything for social life, before May 5, 2020 — a subtle mistake, trap or dead-end could stymie your progress if you dive in too deeply. To May, accept fun; May onward, create (group) fun. Strictly avoid lawsuits before year’s end.

Lie low, rest, meditate, seek spirit, plan, be charitable Sun/Mon. Don’t seek co-operation nor partnership. An “okay” interval, nothing special. Your energy and charisma soar midweek.
