START NOTHING: 8:05 am to 9:55 am Tues., 3:36 pm to 5:24 pm Thurs., and 4:51 pm to 8:44 pm Sat.
PREAMBLE:
Let’s start at zero, with a bias toward goodness.
***
Hunter Biden will have a big “comeuppance” in about 10 years (2032-34). The years 2023-2043 will be a “meat grinder” for him, socially, emotionally, career-wise.
***
Some day, “antiseptic” will be an archaic word, referring to an ancient practice. Germs, bacteria, viruses, etc. will be “handled” by a form of balancing, or some other way. Maybe we will immerse or coat our bodies with what you might call cooperative flora/fauna, or have our bodies emit a certain radiation which repels specific pathogens, while not affecting “good” bacteria.

No doubt the universe is unfolding as it should — Desiderata.
WEEKLY FORECAST:
ARIES: March 21-April 19
A month of drudgery, work and health concerns just ended, Aries. The month ahead brings excitement, adventure, sports, romance, creative and speculative urges, and happiness with kids. (In truth, the workload lives on, to late August, but it’s a “slimmer” load.) An old flame might appear — is almost certain to appear sometime before early September. If he/she or it does, he/she/it is likely a former spouse, a former casual conquest, or someone you really want back in your life — perhaps only someone you used to admire from afar. In any case, welcome this — it can lead to months (or more) of bliss. Speak your mind in love zones now. Your money/income picture looks fine t great.
Relationships fill Sunday to mid-morn Tues. (PDT). They won’t be easy — past snags need ironing out, or a $ surprise “shocks” romantic notions. Tackle chores Tuesday noon to early suppertime Thurs. You’ll get a lot accomplished, Tuesday eve to just past noon Thurs. Slow down before and after (Tues. day, Thurs. pm). A wise, mellow mood comes over you from Thursday suppertime to Saturday night. Far travel, law, culture, education, media, international affairs, religion — these occupy your thoughts. Both good and bad luck fill this interval, so be nimble, alert — all’s well that ends well, as Saturday does.
TAURUS: April 20-May 20
You enter a month of domestic interest, Taurus (until August 23). For best results, relax, rest, contemplate. Prune away “deadwood,” including people and situations that no longer resonate in your life and heart. And nurture what is fruitful, growing — hug your kids and spouse, tend the garden, etc. — or simply head into the woods for a vacay. Usually, this would be a great time to decorate, repair/reno the house, build a pool, but this year it will be very difficult to settle on a paint colour, carpentry style, etc. The “goodness” of this domestic phase comes in a way from the past, past affections, situations, relationships, goals. The “new” will have a hard time succeeding. A great month for relations with parents: you might receive a “gift.” Your creative, romantic side is on fire until late August — soon, you will probably speak to whomever turns you on.
Sunday to Tuesday morning brings chores, perhaps a minor health complaint. Be careful around electricity, computers, Sunday. And don’t tackle a job your “partner” wants you to leave alone. Midweek (Tuesday to Thursday suppertime, PDT) sparks relationship dealings, opportunities, relocation themes, and public dealings. Wait until Tuesday night to find stability. Wednesday’s filled with opportunities, esp. in the morning. Thursday, you can gain friends, co-operators — but don’t alienate them this afternoon (PDT) with “contrary talk.” Thursday suppertime through Saturday brings depths, commitments and consequences (good or bad). Watch your money (and your virtue!) — if you do commit to an investment, to intimacy with someone, or to a “power play” or lifestyle change or surgery, do so Thursday night (9 pm Aug. 27 to 5 am Aug. 28, PDT). Otherwise, conflict or loss can result.
GEMINI: May 21-June 20
Communications fill the four weeks ahead, Gemini. Could be by email, text, calls, travel, paperwork, performing errands — everything, in a way, is communications — at which you excel. This time around, you will likely be “communicating” with/about the past, past loves, friends, neighbourhoods. You might travel to visit a favourite vacation spot, or write to/call an old lover. Brand new projects/goals in this area, though, are not recommended. Your home is vibrant, alive (hopefully not with friction) until late August. Same time, your hopes might be tied to a property. Children are fun, talkative.
Romance, creative or speculative urges, and the pursuit of beauty and pleasure, fill Sunday to about 10 am Tues. (PDT). Proceed carefully, though, as difficult aspects predominate. Someone you want to be friends with might disapprove of your background. Tackle chores Tuesday noon to mid-afternoon Thurs. You’ll make fairly good progress from Tuesday suppertime to noon Thursday, but not before or after. Eat sensibly. Relationships, new opportunities, far horizons and public dealings fill Thursday eve to Saturday night. Exciting meetings, but loads of obstacles/disagreements also. Best time: Thursday night, pre-dawn Fri.
CANCER: June 21-July 22
Chase money for the next four weeks, Cancer. But don’t launch new income (or purchase) projects — until early September, your best money prospects are tied to the past. You’re busy until late August with trips, calls, paperwork, lots of little chores. You’re filled with hope, and those hopes, or some of them, are likely to come true within 10 months. Legal, immigration, and similar “answers” are delayed until November, so be patient, don’t push.
Sunday to mid-morn Tuesday nudges you toward home, kids, security, nature, food, and soul. This interval starts with disruption, might end with disagreement. Monday’s best. From Tuesday morning to suppertime Thursday, romance, happy kids, beauty and pleasure, and creative moments — best Tuesday night through Wednesday, and, briefly, Thursday dawn to 1 pm (PDT). Tackle work Thursday suppertime to Saturday night. Careful with machinery, sharp edges Friday daytime, and with liquids, plumbing Saturday afternoon.
LEO: July 23-Aug. 22
Throw off those cloaks of weariness, Leo — now to late August your energy levels surge upward, your charisma glows, your confidence rises, and — well, the world’s your oyster. Until late August also, money seems to pour toward you. This will be accompanied by a subconscious urge to spend. Don’t — pay down debt, or save it until later (mid-Sept?) when bargains will arise. Your thoughts might return to the past, now to September, esp. regarding 1) career/worldly standing and 2) love and friendship. An old flame might return, will even look you up. Sex is delayed or slow — that’s okay, float with the tide.
Sunday to mid-morn Tuesday brings errands, communications, paperwork, travel. It’s not an easy interval, but on the other hand, there’s nothing really important at stake. Just plod through. Monday’s easiest. Steer toward home, at least in your heart, Tuesday late morn to Thursday suppertime (PDT). Hug the kids, etc. Rest and contemplate. Wednesday’s good. Thursday holds ease and obstacles, but ends well. Thursday eve to Saturday night brings love, romance, charming kids, sports/games, pleasure, beauty and creative “juice.” Best times: Thursday night, “wee hours” Fri. Otherwise, protect your heart.
VIRGO: Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Retreat from the bustling crowd for the next few weeks, Virgo. Find quietude, your spiritual side, and contemplate charity toward others. Rest your emotional, mental and physical selves. Think a lot, and make plans for the future. (Your ruler will be retrograde Aug. 23 to Sept. 15. So your energy will be high, but new launches will certainly fail. So in planning, think about reprising something/someone from the past for that Aug.-Sept. period, or make your plans for mid-Sept. onward. Relationships are treading water now, to early November, so be patient if waiting for an answer. Pre-Nov. — a bad time to form any partnership.
Chase $, buy/sell, be open to learning and casual intimacy (should it come) Sunday to mid-morn Tues. Obstacles arise Sunday and Tuesday, but Monday’s okay for action. Friends, contacts, communications, errands, trips, paperwork — these fill midweek. Best Wednesday (lucky opportunities) and daytime (to 1 pm PDT) Thursday (affection, peace, agreement). Home and family enter your thoughts Thursday suppertime to Saturday night. Thursday night best. Obstacles, opposition, Fri./Sat. — be diplomatic, esp. midday Fri.
LIBRA: Sept. 23-Oct. 22
A beautifully social month starts now, Libra. You’ll be fun to be with, witty, conversational, popular, optimistic and flirtatious. An old flame might appear anytime now to September. He/she is showy, and needs lots of attention/praise.
(If you give this, his/her loyalty will be solid.) (Otherwise, realize that anyone who woos you now to late August will tend to restrict, maybe even suffocate you.) A major work project might have been put on hold recently (or now) — lasting until November. In general, hands-on work goals/results will be “fuzzy” or not quite complete — ever. Your finances, investments/debt, as well as your intimate life, are blessed until next May. As long as you stick to ethical, honest behaviour, huge rewards could come!
Your energy, charisma and effectiveness ride high Sunday to mid-morning Tuesday. Avoid attempts to persuade anyone into “sweet depths” or “gold mines” Sunday. Monday’s okay. Avoid a domestic kerfufel early Tues. (All PDT.) Chase $, buy/sell, read to learn, and/or yield to casual intimacy mid-week (Tues. – Thurs.). Tuesday night through Thursday morning is best for action. Dive into paperwork, errands, calls and and texts and trips Thursday suppertime to Saturday night. Go slow, though. Think before speaking/writing, check the gas tank if travelling, etc. Many obstacles scattered around. Best: Thursday night to “wee hours” Fri.
SCORPIO: Oct. 23-Nov. 21
The time for contemplation and “big thoughts” is over, Scorpio. The 4 weeks ahead bring pressures to perform, esp. in career, prestige, and status zones. On the good side, these weeks are also an opportunity to “move up.” However, you can be indecisive about your ambitions, esp. if they involve love, gov’t, management, relocation, a more public role, or an association/partnership. Your indecision won’t end until early September. At the same time, bosses do favour you, and a “plum” might arrive from the past — e.g., you didn’t get a prize job, but the first pick screwed up, and now you’re “called.” Or whatever. Relationships in general, esp. financial ones, go well until next May.
Lied low, rest, ponder and plan Sunday to mid-morn Tues. Sunday’s disruptive, but Monday’s fine. Your energy and charisma soar late Tuesday morning (PDT) to suppertime Thurs. Get out, see and be seen, gather allies, launch projects (better if not in the ambition/career zone). A good interval — the only wee frustration comes Thursday afternoon — maybe a social mix-up. Chase $ Thursday eve to Saturday night. Buy/sell, study by reading. I’d usually suggest casual sex, but these 3 days contain some rather “choice” disharmonies and incompatibilities. Joy, maybe, Sat. night, but probably not from romance.
SAGITTARIUS: Nov. 22-Dec. 21
Ah, your favourite month starts now, Sage! Big thoughts/ideas, wisdom, international affairs/travel, law, culture, social rituals, higher earning and religion — all your favourite things float around you, in you, until late August. Love is included here, the kind of all-accepting, gentle love that rules weddings. An old flame could return in the next 6 weeks. Might be a former co-worker or “friendly”romance. Almost simultaneously, you can come in for some criticism or impatience from bosses, judges or parents. Well, bend your shoulders and bite your tongue until Aug, 27, when this influence ends. You face piles of work until next May, which could lead to a major 2024/25 opportunity. You’re indecisive about your home, where to live, with whom — good, remain so until November/Dec. brings a better view.
Your heart is lifted Sunday to mid-morn Tuesday, by social joys, a popularity boost, optimism and flirting. Monday best, as Sunday is disruptive though the afternoon (PDT). Retreat, rest, ponder and plan Tuesday late morning to suppertime Thurs. A pretty good interval (not Tues.) for dealing with gov’t or head office, or seeking a health cure. Your energy and charisma come bouncing back Thursday suppertime to Saturday night. This is a bit of a wild interval, with possible arguments or “defiance” Friday afternoon and potential deception (or self-deception) Saturday daytime.
CAPRICORN: Dec. 22-Jan. 19
The 4 weeks ahead feature investments, debt, finances, lust for power or intimacy, medical issues and lifestyle changes. Much will be revealed by research — including potentially lucky, profitable financial actions. You might enter a lust-propelled relationship, then find out you are hooked on this person in many ways. Sex can lead to sweet love. A former boudoir partner might re-appear, anytime now to early September. Your romantic potential is also very high until next May. Don’t be shy — look around, speak up! Strictly avoid lawsuits before Sept. You might dream of living far away.
There’s pressure to perform on the career/ambition/social status stage, Cap, Sunday to about 10 am Tues. (PDT). Monday’s best — be proactive. Happiness, popularity, optimism and flirting flow in Tuesday noonish to suppertime Thursday. Best: Wed. to noon Thurs. Retreat to a quiet spot Thursday, supper time to Saturday night. Contemplate, plan, future moves, get lots of rest, be charitable and spiritual, seek advice and deal with government or management issues. Not the easiest interval, as Friday daytime holds some “argument,” and Saturday possesses a deceptive, confused afternoon (PDT) — even so, love survives!
AQUARIUS: Jan. 20-Feb. 18
A month of relationships starts now, Aquarius. You might be returning to someone, and/or to a former town/province/state. An “ex” might re-appear, with a loving attitude. In any case, relationships, which were sweet and sour in June and early July, now become only sweet, until early September. Refers to practical and work relationships, also. Your sexual desires have been building a bit, and stay strong until late August. Your home (and buying/selling same) is blessed until next May. Money, earnings, might slow down now to November — or the same comes in, but expenses rise. Be careful, double-count money, quotes, charges, etc. This week might be your last chance to converse with someone who will soon grow more secretive.
Sunday to mid-morning Tuesday brings wisdom, tolerance, big ideas, law, love, higher education, religion, cultural and social rituals, far travel…etc. Sunday night, Monday best. Career, ambition, prestige relations and worldly status are in focus late morning Tues. (PDT) to suppertime Thurs. A great interval, esp. Tuesday night, Wed. (esp!) and Thursday to just past noon. Hopes, happiness, popularity and social delights arrive Thursday eve to Saturday night. This interval is packed with practical obstacles, so enjoy the mood and human side. All’s well that ends well, Sat.
PISCES: Feb. 19-March 20
Tackle chores, Pisces — a month of drudgery has begun. It’s a month, also, of machine purchases/repairs, of nutrition improvements, pet buying, and of improving your health habits. However, be careful with all these: you will be treated with (and feel) affection at work, but mistakes and indecision and delays hover around you. It’s kind of a stumbling, happy chaos. Be careful — a major slip could hurt your nest-egg finances. If single and active, protect against STD’s until mid-September. Other people treat you with anger or impulsive attraction. Be diplomatic! You’re unsure, undecided about your future (or about a Capricorn) until November. That’s okay — just wait.
Sunday to mid-morning Tuesday brings temptation, lust, secrecy, financial action, medical and lifestyle concerns. To be safe, be “middle of the road” — don’t veer too strongly in any direction. Intellectual love, law, far travel, higher learning, fame potential — these come Tuesday morning to suppertime Thurs. A good interval late Tuesday night through noon Wed., and up to lunchtime Thurs. Career and status pressures come Thursday eve to Saturday night. This is not an easy interval, Pisces, so step slowly and carefully Friday to early afternoon, and beware deception daytime Sat.
THE END.
AFTERAMBLE:
Sorry! I’ll continue the “1969” story soon. The following are just snippets and items, as usual.
***
Long, long ago, I think in the early 1980s, I predicted that Vancouver would burn sometime between 2023 and 2025. In the last few years, various people have asked me if I stick by that prediction. So far, yes. I have tried to find the astrological basis for such a prediction, which I remember was based on Mars and the first time Vancouver burned. But other than that I can’t find any astrological justification. On the other hand, I often can’t find more than the barest of astrological justification for some of my bigger predictions, such as the U.S.S.R. break-up, or the space shuttle exploding. So I’ve left the protection in place.
It’s quite possible that the Vancouver burning prediction does come true but in a much smaller way than my prediction implied. For example, last week two forest fires began in North Vancouver, one in Lynn Canyon and the other on Seymour mountain. Both would be roughly — what — 1 kilometre? 2? — from the nearest houses.
The other way to look at this, is that perhaps I misunderstood the signs and Mars was indicating that large swaths of the Earth would burn, hence the horrific heat waves hitting America and Europe and probably lots of Asia also. BC, the province Vancouver is situated in, has so far recorded history’s highest number of fires in one summer, and the fire season still has two months to go. Forest fires across Canada have already consumed an area equal to Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland (ex-Labrador) depending on who you listen to.

Hey, did you notice a few years ago I wrote that I had an image of Congress or the White House or whatever being surrounded by, or invaded by, an army, probably the National Guard?I just realized, that was probably Jan. 6.
***
I also wrote, when the Republicans took the House, that in future there would be much more bi-partisan projects/efforts, in contrast to the almost absolute lack of them in the last few years.
In the past 2 months, I’ve seen two reports of Dem/Repub. senators mutually sponsoring a bill.
***
Ain’t that odd: when Congress invited two IRS agents/whistleblowers to testify against the Biden mafia — perhaps the most important testimony exposing the Biden corruption — Fox carried it, but CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, etc. didn’t even mention it, much less cover it.
***
At a recent Republican “TPUSA” rally, a major, annual one, the Secret Service, the same agency that couldn’t seem to find the cocaine culprit at the White House, travelled hundreds of miles to show up and control entry to the Republican rally. Their rationale: a former president (Trump) would be attending, and they needed to provide protection. OK, all well and good, except that the SS used a vetting process for letting people in that only let 180 people per hour enter the stadium. Thousands of people were held outside in 90+ degree heat, and refused entry for hours… Basically until the rally was over. I strongly suspect that these Secret Service agents were instructed by Joe Biden’s White House to obstruct Trump.

WARNING: THIS IS A LONG ONE:
I get a kick out of reports that Jack Smith (a Gemini, like Trump), the prosecutor who is trying to jail the Donald over the Mar-a-Lago documents, had redacted (blacked out) many messages/emails, etc., from Trump. The emails/calls evidently indicate that Trump co-operated with the Feds about the document storage and returns. This is tampering with evidence, a felony crime — committed by Smith?
This comes only days after it was revealed that the lawyer for Trump’s co-accused was offered a bribe by the prosecutor if he would “roll over” on his client. This is also a serious felony crime.
Total so far: 2 criminal acts by the Biden prosecution; 0 crimes (proven) by Trump.
Trump is a 22 degree Gemini. Jack Smith is a 14 or 15° Gemini. (His birth time is unavailable.) (I’m a Gemini too but that’s another story.) I suspect 14° because his moon is either in Pisces or Aquarius, and he looks Aquarian to me. That would mean the Sun is in 14 degrees. This is what Carelli says about 14° Gemini:
“Symbol: Two Foxes Devouring a Chicken.” (My note: are the foxes Biden and Jack, with Trump the fried chicken?)
Carelli continues the description of the 14th degree —(written before Smith was born, btw) :““Too few scruples and too many ruses. But to no avail, as in spite of tricks…one cannot fool all the people all the time….Should the horoscope otherwise [eschew] dishonesty and incorrect methods, and point to an intense intellectual life, this native’s subtlety may sublime into the meanderings of abstract reasoning. This would give rise to a mastermind in dialectical [reasoning] and the matchless skill of great logicians…”
There is also the very real possibility that Jack Smith’s Sun is in 15° Gemini. This is generally a good hearted and honest degree, but it can get so wrapped up in an unending parade of ideas that it never completes the first train of thought, nor the second, nor the third…Evidence indicating 15° for Jack Smith is his long list of charges (37 total) in the Mar-a-Lago case.
His (Smith’s) Sun might straddle both 14 and 15 degrees, giving him characteristics of both. This looks most probable.
But the “ruses” and dishonesty of the 14th degree, unfortunately, are also there. The attempt to bribe one of the defendant’s lawyers. The bold, premeditated lie on television, that “there is only one system of justice for all.” The attempt to exclude over 800,000 — 800,000! — pages of evidence and testimony/interviews, keeping them from Trump’s lawyers. Smith told the judge that the 4,500 pages he picked out as relevant, are all the court needs. Can you say “kangaroo?” (Not that the court is irremediably biased against Trump, but that Smith’s illegal actions — trying to bribe a defendant’s lawyer, false statements in public about the trial, and his assumption that the judge would allow him such a blatant perversion of law [trying to deny/withhold 800,000 pages of evidence from the defendant] — all these are evidence that Jack Smith is accustomed to operating in ultra-biased kangaroo courts…[DC and NY, for instance, are filled with biased prosecutors and juries of hatred skiing down th slopes of politically biased judges] — not an unexpected background for a Democratic prosecutor.)
(An odd note: Carelli, who died before Smith was born, wrote about him [i.e., about the 14th degree of Gemini] “…one cannot fool all the people all the time…” That’s Abe Lincoln’s phrase, and Jack looks very like Lincoln!)
The trial was first scheduled for August. Then prosecutor Jack Smith asked that it be delayed until November. (As I pointed out in a previous column, November is the month that highlights Donald Trump’s worst karma.) Then Trump’s team asked that the trial be delayed indefinitely or until after the 2024 election. Jack Smith protested. Evidently Jack Smith has over 800,000 pages of evidence, which Trump’s lawyers say will take much time to go through. But Jack Smith says, “we’ve narrowed these 800,000 pages down to 4,500 pages, which is all the defence needs.” (“Trust us, we didn’t hide anything in those other 795,500 pages, and defence should have no right — oops, I mean should be given no time — to view them.”)
Have you ever tried to read 800,000 pages? Even reading eight hours a day at a breakneck speed of 40 pages per hour, or 1,600 pages in a 40-hour work week, it would take me a week to finish War and Peace. But that’s only 1,500 pages. So it would take me 10 man-years to read those 800,000 pages. Even with 10 lawyers, it still takes a year. And then more time to collate everyone’s findings, plan strategy, hold discoveries, etc., etc.
Man, these democrat crooks could hardly do more to pervert justice unless they stood in the courtroom with guns pointed at judge, jury and accused. How can you have a fair trial when the prosecutor is lying, deceptive, and committing felonies?
This judge should throw the whole case out. (However, if she does, the Democrats will probably take the case away from her, and give it to a higher, more Democratically biased/aligned judge, which is exactly what they did last year, same judge, same defendant.)
Remember some weeks ago I wrote here that the (Mar-a-Lago) case against Trump looks like his Waterloo (I.e., final defeat) yet he has pulled off 7 miracles (2 impeachments, multiple lawsuits, Russia hoax, etc.) to escape the clutches of democrat fiends, so why should we doubt an 8th will occur?
Well, the 8th is beginning to show that it’s a brethren to all the other hoaxes: a felonious attempt to alter evidence and bribe defence lawyers, a phoney case directed behind the scenes by the little-girl-sniffing President. (You know how Joe Biden is always sniffing girls’ and women’s hair, even 1 year old girls? In humans, the sexual musk glands are in the neck, just behind/below the ears — right where Joe places his nostrils.)
Oh, oh, there’s more! Remember Jack Smith’s (and AG Garland’s) announcement on national television, that there exists only one set of justice in America, not two — this lie is, as the Constitution says, “self-evident.” So at the same time as Jack Smith and Joe Biden are manipulating and hiding evidence to attempt to jail a former president for up to 40 years, Biden’s criminal son gets a tiny slap on the wrist and no jail time for acts of sedition, treason, mail fraud, blackmail, drug abuse, tax evasion (for $ millions) — and is invited to live at the White House!
Hunter was only at the W.H. for days before cocaine (his favourite drug) was discovered there. Of course it wasn’t Hunters. Democrats are never guilty, and never indicted, much less jailed. Want some examples? pedophile Bill Clinton, traitor Hillary Clinton, corrupt Comey, wpuld-be coup instigator Peter Strozk, liar McCabe, or any of the traitors who set up the whole Russia hoax. Have any of these criminals ever even been charged? No. While over a thousand sincere attendees at the Jan. 6 “riot” are rotting in jail due to corrupt judges and prosecutors and their succubus-babe, Nancy Pelosi.
I’m often disappointed that the Democrats wield such dirty power, and yet the Republicans rarely seem to fight back. But the wiser part of me worries, that if the Republicans really did stand up for themselves, America might fall into civil war.
And then a slightly wiser part of me remembers Desiderata: “No doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.” So this shunts us to the bigger picture. As I wrote before, these astounding upheavals in America are the “mirror” of China’s and Russia’s (U.S.S.R.) transformations, and the total effect, over time, will be to create an entirely new political/hierarchical structure.
***
If I was a pol running for election this would be my policy on abortion: every woman should be free to choose what to do with her body and by inclusion her unborn baby. However, I would level the playing field by disbanding/outlawing such agencies as Planned Parenthood. All embryo factories would be shut down. Abortions would still be 100% accessible, but all the physical proceeds of those abortions, stem cells, etc., would be sent to a central government depository and after that sold to researchers and healers at set rates. No one would be paid for stem cells or any other parts, Except the government.
In tandem with this, I would attempt to re-moralize the population in spiritual, psychological and structural ways, so mothers would have a clear and conscious view of the action and its consequences, as well as a clear and conscious view of the consequences of keeping the baby.
